Easy to register, close to home. I am actually a certified instructor and have been since the late 80s (yes I'm that old). I only teach my own summer day camp staff and do not work for HeartCPR. I thought the instructor, Kayla, was great! Class started on-time, she was professional, to-the-point, yet thorough. I plan to use HeartCPR when I need recertification and will forward their info to any of my staff who can't make my work's in-house course.

This is such a better use of my time since I am already familiar with the material! Twee was my instructor and she was amazing! She had personal, first hand, CPR and life saving experience so she was a wealth of information. She made the class interesting and also move along at a good pace. The classroom was clean, the video screen was large and easy to see, plenty of parking, all of the mannequin and CPR practice dummies were clean and in good working order. Kirk himself was fantastic: friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable about current CPR practices and anatomy. He kept the class concise while still offering valuable insights and feedback based on his years of experience.The entire process was smooth and efficient, and we even finished a bit earlier than expected. I've taken two of their mommy-and-baby class series, and I loved both of them. Each series includes special touches like each week is a different topica mini photoshoot, a swim party, and so much more, which makes it absolutely worth every penny. Carmen, who helped lead the group, is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always makes me feel heard. She gives thoughtful advice and truly cares about the moms and babies she works with. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I've also attended several music classes with Michelle, and those have been some of my favorites. My daughter absolutely loves music time, and Michelle does such a great job keeping the kids engaged and entertained. We truly love The Mommy Center and are so grateful for everything they offer!!

Do not go here if you value your time and value professionalism from service providers…read more I was cancelled on once because Tyler said that he was going out of town and when I rescheduled and arrived to the training 10minutes prior to the training start time the office was closed. So I waited till 5:58PM (training was scheduled for 6:00PM) and called Tyler to make sure the training will take place and he said that he was "running late because (he) left the key". He did not even bother to inform me about his tardiness before I called him. The CPR Squad office is located in an isolated back office and when he said that the training will be an individual training, I did not feel comfortable with this. So I said that I would like to cancel today's training and, instead, join a group lesson on another day. Tyler's response to this was "What's the logic in that?." He then continued to talk to me in an aggressive manner. (I'm so thankful I cancelled!!!) When a female customer says that she feels uncomfortable doing an individualized training at night time and prefers it to be a group lesson, the LOGICAL answer would be to be accommodating and provide an alternative training time with a group and not to become aggressive and yell at her. Tyler seriously lacks professionalism and, clearly, customer service is NOT his forte. I would not recommend this place to any one!!!
