Kat did not disappoint in that regard. She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information and examples to help reinforce the material. It was also nice to be in the classroom environment in order to hear questions other people asked that you didn't necessarily think of. Because of the in-person classes taught by Kat, I was able to complete the required hours needed to take the CA Real Estate Practice, Principles, and Finance classes and pass each course exam on the first try. Our instructor, Michael Liganor is phenomenal and I kept thinking how blessed we were to have him. I told him I learned so much just on my first day of lectures. He definitely could get picked up to be a Medical Director or some other fancy title of a hospital but he was here.... With us! Blessed! The school makes it easy to sign up and get paperwork done. They also offer students of the school discounted classes so take advantage! Tiffany, Sun and Michael are super effective communicators and are very helpful and can answer all your questions about CNA, or any of the many classes they offer. I think my most recent BLS course with him was my 3rd consecutive renewal session. He does a great job at explaining all of the important information we learned on the learning modules during the in-person skills training. He gives live feedback on your performance, and offer suggestions on how to improve/modify your technique. It's also a same day certification, which means the certificate is available within 5-15 minutes after the class. Highly recommend if you're looking into taking a BLS/First Aid courses!
