You're instructed what skills to perform and once you pass, you're given your card automatically at the end. My appointment was 12pm-1pm and I finished in half an hour. It was the easiest and most convenient process for me than those other all day in-person classes. I'm glad this is available and will continue to use SureFire CPR for my certification needs!
