From my first interaction with him he responded quickly every time. He answered every question and when I pointed out hardware concerns he quickly offered up an acceptable cost-effective solution. He started the work when he said he would, he finished the work when he said he would and it was within expected budget. When the sub-woofer he initially recommended didn't fit like he expected, he installed a higher quality slimmer mount sub for me at no additional cost. I completely recommend him. It may take a few weeks to get on his schedule but the wait was worth it. Troy - thank you for the honest deal, high-quality workmanship and on-time completion. Long story short, they've held my car in the shop for almost two years now (complete engine swap)…read more I'm extremely disgusted by their work ethic and the current state of the car. The owners were not in today so I asked the receptionist what was the reason for it being held up for so long? She said the exact same story they've been telling me all along. "OoOoOh we are losing workers and the new guys don't know what's going on with the current projects".. regardless, how is that my fault? Plus, one of the actual owners claims to be the one working on the car himself so..? I don't understand the issue. had I not stopped in today; who knows when would have been the next time they notified me. Thats also another thing. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION, why is it that no one at this shop can keep me in the loop? Updates? Nope. Never. Estimated time of completion? LOL. never! Oh you're going on deployment? Let's put this project on pause. Now, there has been "some" progress on the car which I will give them that but come on now we are going on two years. TWO YEARS GUYS!? I guess 3 is the magic number? Just so sad at how this ended up. Be careful. Don't end up like me.
