I have been here five times and I've never had a bad experience. It's always clean. The employees are always polite and very helpful. The food is fresh and they make it just the way I like it. It's really good food and it's at an affordable price. . I will always come to eat here because I trust it. I've eaten in a couple times and I love the music that comes on. I'll Happily drive from I-95 here anytime I'm going past on the highway. What a pleasure! Clean, great vibe, really dynamite staff (bravo) and the food is consistently Excellent. You might as well go to a sit down restaurant. Took 25-30 minutes to get my food. Poor operations

Food is bland to the point I trashed it, service is fine but don't expect any hospitality, fairly clean for a chain.

I ordered the nachos with sirloin. Initially I was unsure if the sirloin was going to live up to my expectations because it was so finely chopped, but I understand it was necessary so I could get enough in each chip. As a result the nachos were delicious! Fully loaded is the best! The service was immediate, and swift, but got a little hung up at checkout. The salsa station could've been a little neater and the specialty beverages were unexpectedly empty and not refilled during my time in the restaurant. I ordered Togo so can't speak to the cleanliness of the dining area. I'd certainly visit again my next time in Brunswick! read more

Surcheros is a hit or Miss kind of place. Saturday was a big miss for me. I had a birthday reward and my app would not open to redeem. My internet was connected and my app was logged in. Every time I tried to redeem , it kept saying No internet available. If Surcheros is going to have an app then they need to have internet in the stores. Interesting enough while we were eating I was able to look up other sites. Makes me think it was Surcheros way of not having to redeem a reward that they sent to my app. Update: as you can read response I received BUT...when you go to the site, it is under construction. read more

Our local contact brought my colleague and me here for lunch while working at nearby FLETC. The parking lot was busy and the restaurant even more so with a longish line that fortunately moved quickly. The overhead TV monitor menus were helpful but there are still lots of options to select among for lunch. I bailed and just picked the lunch special consisting of chicken tacos and a side of chips. Thinking I had all the difficult decisions behind me, I encountered a plethora of fresh toppings and sauces that could be added to my tacos. I just asked the friendly person working this station for their recommendations and went with that. Prices seemed reasonable to me and after paying we were able to find a table despite the long line and rather small dining room. My tacos were yummy and delicious. There's a salsa bar where I grabbed a few to try with my chips. Medium strength was my fav but I didn't eat all of the large portion served opting to bank some calories for dinner later that evening. read more

We received our first order last night via delivery. Disappointed somewhat. The Taco salad was good, but the Tacos had the wrong toppings and were soggy. We were supposed to receive chips and salsa with both orders and in addition we ordered another ala carte order of chips and salsa only to receive one little container of salsa with about two tablespoons in it. Flavors in the chicken were great and their sauces are unique and help your entire dish pop in your mouth. I am giving this place a low rating because of the lack of cleanliness and management. During our time there both bars (meat and veggie sections) were so messy that the ingredients were falling into other containers. In the background, someone was spraying chemicals to clean the steel panel behind the grill while food was being grilled. I also saw someone reloading chips into the container from a trashcan! After I saw that, I felt sick since I had eaten the chips and salsa. This place has much potential, but staffing, cleanliness and management of it all needs to improve. read more

This place has really gone downhill since it opened. I guess all the good help went to work for Moe's. I ordered a loaded quesadilla think they left it on the grill for about 30 seconds. The White cheese dip was water with halfway melted cheese chunks in it. Very messy around the salsa bar and trash cans. Did not have anybody working that area the entire time we were there. It was a rainy GA Tuesday morning. I woke up with hunger like no other. I was craving nachos deeply. I came here and wow. Amazing. Wow.

Us someone that frequences this location, I'm horrified at the customer service I received today. Their card reader was down and wouldn't accept Apple Pay. The assistant manager told me I needed to download the app and to my information in there re-order my food and then pay through the app. I was trying to use Apple Pay because I did not have my wallet. After 15 minutes trying to get the app working and the register working, I was told there was nothing more they could do for me. So I didn't get my food or any customer service for that matter. My husband manages quick service restaurants and something like this obviously would result in giving the customer their food because they couldn't take payments. terrible customer service and incredibly frustrating being is that they were just going to throw my food away anyways. A co-worker suggested we order Surcheros for lunch today and I am GLAD! I'm new to the area and have never been. They compared it to a fresher Moe's/Chipotle, which I would say is pretty accurate. Their website offers a convenient order online option which we took advantage of so we could pay individually and one person could pick it up. I noticed they also offer delivery for orders over $50. Though I had to wait for a co-worker to bring it back, I believe my order was prepared pretty quickly based on the email updates I received. All of our orders were accurate and delicious, I think we even ended up with extra queso! It seems like I may have missed out on a few things by ordering to go, such as the salsa bar, but my burrito was still delicious and everything I wanted. While the queso was also good, it had a different flavor that what I'm used to- almost more sweet than spicy. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area! read more

Ordering system is similar to Chipotle, Moe's and Qdoba. HOWEVER, the ingredients are much more fresh. I ordered the steak burrito bowl. Steak is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The employees were smiling, they were helpful, and genuinely seemed to be happy working. Chips and salsa come with the meal. Chips were fresh! They have a salsa bar, all fresh and unique flavors.
