The staff is slovenly and have no personality out interest in the customers. The prices are outrageous. And while I know all prices are up these are crazy. this Location doesn't seem managed very well & not as clean and kept up as the milledgeville store. No toilet paper at 11:00am on a Sunday. She rolled her eyes at every customer she had to speak to and acted like it was a chore just to take an order. If she doesn't like dealing with people, she should not be in customer service -- and she definitely shouldn't be in any kind of management position. The attitude was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. I won't be back, and if you're smart, you won't waste your time here either. I am livid! Waiting forever because of incompetent workers. I have seen three legged dogs move faster. Then they gave me the wrong food.

Food was fine per the usual but the service was terrible. It took almost 45 minutes to get our food and there were 3 people in front of us in line. Almost every table in the place was dirty and there were several things needing to be refilled on the salsa bar. One of the employees was out in the line talking to girls instead of working, and another couple left in the middle of ordering while we were eating. I placed an order at 6:21pm. My food was supposed to be ready at 6:36pm that was the estimated time. The first time I came I stayed in line for an hour just to get up to the window and it wasn't even ready, so I was told to come back in 10-15 more minutes. This is a "build-your-own" experience, much like Chipotle, if you haven't eaten here before. Solid good experience. Staff was friendly and very patient because this was my first time eating here and I honestly am a very indecisive person. Kudos to them for being such great people. Food was also very delicious. I was actually surprised how good it was. Where I've subtracted a star has to do with a couple small details. First for the fact that I forgot where the trash was located, so after I ate I had to search for it because there appears to be only one trash receptical and it's not at the exit. The second thing is that they have an open salsa bar, which while appreciated by many, I'm sure, is a little iffy by CDC standards during Covid. Then again, I come from a much larger city in Oklahoma where many businesses have completely shut self serve bars down and replaced them with apologetic signs. This place is great, the food is fresh and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We needed to feed 10 people lunch on Christmas Eve and didn't plan ahead very well. They pointed us to the 12 taco kit and the manager helped get it all together in just a few minutes. With the chips, queso and guacamole it turned out to be the perfect amount of food for our crew with just a little leftover. They helped carry it out to the car and load it up. Everyone was happy with the meal, we will definitely do this again when we are in town visiting the family and struggling to figure out how to feed the big group. read more

Don't let the full parking lot deter you, there is plenty of seating. 2) Food is on point! think of a gigantic subway, only tex-mex style. Choose between a burrito, salad, bowl, taco, or quesadilla. You can also choose between different flavor tortillas and if you want a taco shell for your salad. Choose your protein and then start your venture down the line of endless topping opportunity! (j/k, there is an end, i.e., the register lol) 3) Chips are including with the meal unless you specify you don't want any (but trust me, you want some! they're house-made and fried right behind the counter); you can add a side of queso or guacamole for extra but note that there is a salsa bar by the fountain drinks. (Coke products). 4) Cannot say enough about the flavor. you have to experience it to believe it. tip: if you have never added fresh squeezed lime juice to your chicken, try it! flavor explosion. 5) Amazing staff! y'all keep it up! I have to brag for a second for the gentleman at the tortilla station (wore black square glasses). he had a great positive attitude that was contagious. I also have to brag on the gentleman at the end of the line, Brendon. He went above and beyond to make our experience feel one-on-one and was able to obtain a table for us AND flagged a co-worker on the floor lead us to the table. I really love the fact that they have an on-line ordering and payment system. However, the system stated that the order would be ready at 1:25pm, and it wasn't. The food: I ordered a spinach burrito, and by the time I got home I found a flour burrito. Went back and they made it again, but it still had the incorrect and missing ingredients. They were nice enough to deliver the 3rd one, and gain a point back! Also ordered the beef nachos, and they were really good. A veggie salad and it was good and fresh. Chipotle and flour quesadilla, and they were delicious (per my family)!!! I just wished they had brown rice. Ask the staff for the location of the salsa, because they have a station and it's not in clear view. I would recommend this location based on the fresh healthy veggie options. read more

Surcheros is by far the best Tex Mex restaurant in Georgia. With Mexican influenced food being my absolute favorite, I eat at lots of Tex Mex locations across the state including Chipotle, Barberitos, Moe's, etc and Surcheros blows them all out of the water. Also, being a Georgia Grown location it is comforting knowing that a majority of the ingredients used by Surcheros is locally sourced. I applaud Surcheros for the best atmosphere and food in the Tex Mex category in Georgia. P.S. I'd love the know how much money I spent at Surcheros formerly Rancheros in Tifton while in college. There was no rhyme or reason to anything the employees were doing (there were plenty of them too) but many were just standing around or super lethargic or just flat out not answering our questions while ordering. Honestly looked they hated their life. One even asked what time it was. Once we finally got to the register, confirmed our meal 4 times, and paid, did they give us our food? No. The girl at the register walked away and It sat on the assembly line counter that was overflowing with messy orders - they were salads and were clearly already prepared and now having sat another 10 minutes. We finally got the attention of an employee to let him know we would like to leave with our food... in awe of the simple lack of self awareness and common sense here. I found a gem while traveling through Dublin. I decided to give this place a try based on the reviews and it was excellent. It's very similar to Chipotle or Moe's. The atmosphere was very clean and included tables for dining in. There was even a drive through as well if you need faster service. During my visit, I ordered a chicken quesadilla. I like the fact that it was pulled chicken. Additionally, they have the normal sides you can add such as rice, beans, peppers, onions, cilantro, guacamole, and sour cream. The meal also came with chips and you could get salsa to go from the salsa bar. I really enjoyed my meal as the ingredients tasted fresh. Additionally, if you're not too hungry, you can order a lite quesadilla or lite nachos, which is a smaller portion. I'm always traveling through Dublin so I look forward to ordering again soon! read more

The food here is excellent. The service in the past 2 months....not so good. The past 4 times I have ordered her my orders have been either wrong or incomplete. The same attention paid to the food needs to extend to the customer service. I'm not sure what happened, but the attention to detail that had been in place has slipped. I'm always down for a good burrito and queso, so I decided to give Surcheros a try. It is a similar set up to Moes, where you place your order first, find your seat, then pick it up when they call your name. I loved the set up of the restaurant-very modern with clean lines. I loved how they offered community style seating in addition to your regular table and booth seating. They also have several salsas to choose from at their salsa bar. I ordered the grilled chicken mini burrito on a wheat tortilla and it was a good size and the perfect amount of food. All of the ingredients I added to my burrito looked and tasted fresh. I especially liked the chipotle ranch sauce that I picked. I ordered a side of queso to go with my chips that tasted great. I did have to ask for more chips because the guy barely put any in my tray. I noticed they charged me for a water cup, which is just annoying. I really think they should consider removing that fee and offer the water for free, like most other restaurants. But other than that, this is a great casual place to dine in Dublin. read more

I got the daily special that came with a chicken burrito, chips and salsa, and a drink for $8.50. I placed my order online and picked up in the drive through. Overall, a really great value. The ingredients in my burrito were yummy and the chips were really tasty. I wished I had a little bit more salsa/less chips and that my burrito hadn't been torn down the side in two places (so I ended up with burrito fillings all over the place). New to Dublin so I wanted somewhere new. I must have come on a bad day or at a bad time, especially for my first time. Nice young lady behind the counter greeted me, but when I asked for a chipotle tortilla for my burrito, she had to ask someone else which one that was. She then asked me what meat I wanted and asked for steak. I watched her scrape the bottom of the container for just a few pieces of steak, instead of asking if I could wait for the fresh almost finished steak on the grill right behind her. She proceeded to put the rest of my burrito together, but didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for Surcheros sauce. She put it on after I pointed to it and then haphazardly folded the tortilla over in the tin foil which spilled most of the little bit of steak left into a container on the line and passed it down the line because she didn't know how to roll the burrito so the next employee did it. All that being said, I was hungry and the line was extremely slow even though there were more employees behind the counter than on the line. (I guess Chipotle and Moe's have spoiled me?) I paid almost $10 and took it home. It ended up being OK, but after paying an extra $1.29 for steak on top of a $7.79 burrito, I wanted a lot of meat like I saw others in line getting, not a few pieces scraped from the bottom of the container. I'll probably give them another chance, maybe it was just a bad time. The stuff at the drive through prep line looked a lot better. read more
