We bought our Hot tub last year through Tyler at the Omaha Home Show. As soon as we got it installed and turned on in late October we noticed a broken piece. They came out several times to get it replaced but three times they ordered the wrong part and the last time they never even came back to fix it correctly as promised. The worst part is that you cannot talk to anyone over the phone as they do not answer in the service department and the store manager is very rude and totally incompetent of helping. We drove from Omaha to Lincoln as we could not get anyone to return our calls over the phone or through the suggested texting alternative and the manager still was unwilling to help us and told us to go back home and try again through the website. The scary part is if they are not helping with a replacement part then if your tub needs service you are left with a 10 thousand dollar hot tub and no one to service your warranty. read more

So I worked for them for about a month... The manager is very disrespective, crude, heartless, and fake. All he cares about is whether you are at work or not. If you have a family emergency, he doesn't give a crap. I had a family emergency and I couldn't go to work for 2-3 days and he said either I come to work or he's finding somebody else. He has his underage son working and helping the company. I don't care if you own your business or not. A child being at the age of 12 should not be working in an adult environment. There are labor laws and for this child to work for his dad and seem scared if he does anything wrong tells me a lot about his home life. In the month I was there, two women have quit because he yelled at them. One was there for 2 years and the other I am unsure. He let me go because I was multitasking and he was unsure I was listening. But he wanted me to get the job done but stop what I was doing to waste time to listen to him. Any man that wants to disrespect a woman is not going to get any respect. If you want to run a company and have employees stay and respect you, you need to do the same. Treat your employees like they're valued. Not treat them like the ground you walk on. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Bought a Legend brand hot tub at the State Fair from the supplier, they passed it on to Supreme Spa as the selling dealer. Got it installed relatively quick, and it worked great for 3 months. Went to use it one night and it smelled like burnt plastic. The circuit board had failed, and I thought OK, bad luck, good thing it is warrantied. No, they claimed it was because I had improper voltage to it and that caused the failure, even though no one came out to verify, I checked it with my multi-meter, everything was fine and no other electronic device showed any signs of damage. This took 2 weeks, and did nothing until I called them back. (They forgot or either did not care.) So, part is ordered, takes 20 more days, I get a call says its at their supplier finally after being back ordered. (Even though I could order the same part on Amazon in stock). Finally, 10 days later they get the part shipped to them, I guess it came Pony Express, and then they can pencil me in 10 days later to install. I asked why I haven't been on the list since it had been reported needing repair for 46 days at this point, service manager said she can't just change the schedule. So, maybe after 56 days, assuming they don't come up with some other f#%^ing excuse, I might finally have a working hot tub again. (Buy the way, I had to pay the $1075 cost of the circuit board before they ordered it, so they used my money for over a month.) These people are total crooks, care nothing about servicing the sale, and do not deserve any business. It makes me want to puke every time I see there 10 commercials daily. Maybe they should spend less on advertising for new customers, and try harder to earn repeat business and word of mouth referral. Believe me, anyone who has asked about our tub has gotten an earful and urged to stay away from these crooks. If you have bought from them and need parts, google the part number of the component and order online and find a handy neighbor to help install. You will be much happier. read more

First wind over 20 mph our strap on our spa cover broke. After months-long discussions about their failed product and how it wasn't their fault, manufacturers were called by me. Who replaced it, and offered specific wind straps. They said our salesman should have offered them to us because of the location of our spa. Talked to the salesman about wind straps to purchase. I was told we would have them in 6-8 weeks. It has been 20 weeks and I still don't have them. Would not recommend it. Liars, cheats, and poor customer service. read more

Bought an overpriced pool from these clowns. Everything was ok at first, then it came time to close pool. Without any help or guidance from them, closed pool for winter and installed the winter cover they provided. Had problems from the get go with keeping the cover on, every little wind wanted to blow it off. Their advice? " can't control Mother Nature". So I read online to put sandbags around edges of cover which I did. It helped until wind storm tore off my cover and ruined my pool in the process. Do you think they want to help? Sure, just purchase another pool!! Can they help with price? Sure, do it soon cause prices are going up next year. Do they care about the customer? Nope!!! My advice is to not get an above ground pool in the first place, but if you do, BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! read more

This is my third pool from Supreme Pool. Service has always been good. Rob and his staff have always taken good care of us as customers. I have them open and close my pool each year. From installation of pool to service of the pool, staff has always been respectful of property and my time. All my chemicals I buy from Supreme Pool and staff is always there to assist me with any problems. I would recommend this company for a pool or spa. Asked for advice on starting a pool on well water. A friend told me that to use chlorine was not good on well water but any pool place could help me out. Told the asst mgr I was told if I used chlorine it would turn the water brown. He assured me to use chlorine or bromine made no difference the pool would be fine. Sold me $149 worth of chemicals and did not bat a eye. Looked on line and found if I had put the chlorine in before I used a metal remover I would have had to drain the pool and start over . So much for asking a pool expert for help. The best part 20 min later they would not take the chemicals back( that did not include any type of metal remover) even though they did not leave their parking lot and all packages were still sealed . The small print on the bill of sale says they will not return chemicals and will charge 20% restocking on all purchases. My Bad! Guess the really needed that $149 sale. DO NOT BUY FROM SUPREME POOL AND DO NOT TRUST THEIR ADVICE!!! read more

Supreme Spa and Pools is my go to place in Lincoln. Everyone who works there is more than willing to answer my questions, call me to check in and make sure everything is working correctly. Not to mention the store is beautiful. They have all the above ground pools on display as well as two inground pools. During the summer season I expected them to be busy, and they were; however they gave each customer individual amounts of attention to make sure I knew what I was doing for the treatment of my pool. Not to mention they have some sweet pool toys. Stop by, they sales men do not pressure you into something you don't want. I left a very satisfied customer and plan to return. read more

Leaving for Florida this week , Which is the last week of October and no response and I'm leaving. Bought all our chemicals from them need to find a new company to buy from. We got taken!!!! In March 2014 we bought a hot tub from Supreme Spa here in Lincoln. It had trouble maintaining heat after year and a half. In 2016 Supreme Spa determines it was a bad 'circuit board' that of course is out-of-warranty. So be it. About a $900 fix we paid for. Now in 2018 the 'circuit board' is bad once again and they want over $750 for it, not counting the service call. My feeling is that Supreme Spa should stand up for this repair, which they will not do. I asked the Manager, "so we buy a Spa for over $3,500 and have to put '$1,000 in it every two years!! Do you think that's right"? His reply, "Well it happens". They run some pretty tantalizing ads for products, but be prepared to take in the shorts later. My husband and I purchased a new spa from this business last year and have been nothing but pleased with the spa, delivery, set up and customer service. The two-person crew delivered the spa when they said they would and removed our old one. The new one was quickly installed with no damage to our grass or deck. I was given a tutorial on how to use the products and maintain a healthy water chemistry. Shortly after delivery, the spa's control panel stopped working. We contacted Supreme Spa and they ordered a new one for us and had it installed in just a few days, no charge. I have taken water samples in and the levels were analyzed for free with any questions that I've had answered. All of the chemicals that we need are always available and are sold at a very reasonable price. The last time I was in I was greeted by Kevin Bailey and he assisted me in selecting what I needed as well as informed me of the new treatments and products that have become recently available. I highly recommend Supreme Spa and Pool for any pool or spa purchases! read more

Don't use Supreme Pool and Spa. Our neighbors had "Supreme" install an in-ground pool last summer and in doing so they brought their heavy equipment around onto our property to excavate, build and poor the concrete. Their heavy equipment ruined our yard (grass) and cracked our brand new sidewalk. When my husband brought this to either the owner or job supervisor's attention, he responded to my husband that, "it's not their problem." (Jerk smart Alec! ). That was almost a year ago and our neighbors since had a half assed job repair done to the damaged sod. The sidewalk has yet to be repaired. Ugh!! The people at "Supreme" were unprofessional, loud, dirty, slow and disrespectful. I highly recommend not using Supreme Pool and Spa; they are far from "Supreme". read more

The other guys we use for our pool were booked far out and we really wanted to open it before June, so despite a lot of negative reviews, we rolled the dice and went with Supreme. Big mistake. I have to say though, that the installers were great. I hope they go work for a better company ASAP. The ownership/management however were absolutely horrible. The worst business practice I have seen in Lincoln (and we have had ALOT of contractors work on our home) Every day it seemed the price went up for some reason and there was some sort of delay. We were not presented an itemized bill, but they sure did expect thousands on the spot. Like what? You're not some kid who just cut my lawn, you're supposed to be professional business, so ok whatever.. lesson learned. Now we know better. We will never recommend them to anyone read more

I am new to pool ownership. Unfortunately I trusted another pool company to maintain my pool this last summer which was an unwise choice. I had nothing but problems. I contacted Supreme at the last minute to close my pool for the winter and found out they offer a free "pool school" to help new owners learn how to maintain their pools. Rob came out with his crew today to close my pool and couldn't believe the issues he found from the other company. The other company had informed me I had a sand filter, so they charged me to change the sand...then dumped the old sand around my equipment. In my ignorance I trusted them. Rob pointed out I do NOT have a sand filter, I have a DE filter. He opened it up and showed me the inside of my filter (which also showed me the cartridges in my filter were ruined due to the other company's negligence). Rob took the time to explain to me the different types of filters, how they work and told me the spring they would help me out. He also informed me that owning and maintaining a pool is actually pretty easy. Talking to Rob today made me feel like I can do this...I was having buyers regret because this other company made my summer a literal nightmare! I can't recommend Supreme Pool & Spa enough! I can't wait to go to pool school in the spring and actually be able to enjoy having a pool. read more

My family and I purchased a swimming pool and a spa from this company. I have purchased all my chemicals, supplies etc from them from the beginning. My spa is just a little over a year old and I wanted to replace the filter - they sold me a filter that matched the specs - but it didn't fit in the tub. Their answer was to have me order a different brand online. I did that, it did not fit either. When I went back to the store and asked for their help, specifically could they come and look at the tub themselves I was told that their techs are there for paying customers who are willing to pay up to $150 an hour for service, not to help me with a filter. I asked if the purchase of both a pool and spa didn't count for a "paying" customer? His answer was that I had already spent my money. I will not step foot in this store again. Last May 2018 I bought top of the line pool pump for $1500 on word of salesman that stated it actually will save me money on electricity in the long run. Well he was wrong less than 2 months of running the pump it started making a terrible noise. Contacted the salesman and asked for my money back or a replacement as the pump was under warranty. I was told that they would have to send out a tech to check the pump and I would have to pay for that as well as $70 to submit a claim for the pump to be replaced on warrantee and pay for the tech to come out and verify the pump was bad, think it was around $110 more. The tech came out about 3 weeks later and agreed the pump had bad noise(most likely bearing out) the tech took our pump with him. Was assured it would be covered under warrantee. The salesman kept telling me that he was working with management and pump company to come up with how to handle the warrantee replacement. Kept having to call to find out where we were at on getting me a replacement pump motor. Well September rolled around and I told salesman I needed my pump so I could close my pool. The salesman brought out a used pump motor to get my pump closed the pump had a broken lid and display that you could not even see the screen on. Was told I could use it until my replacement was in. I closed my pool. Did not hear from the store and this year in May 2019 I contacted the store to talk to the Salesman about my replacement pump. I was told the previous salesman no longer worked there and that the new salesman was wondering why there was a bad pump setting in his office on the floor by his desk. I explained the entire story to the salesman to get him up to speed. The new salesman told me he call me back the next day after he looked into my replacement pump. Never got a call. Wife called and they told her someone would call her back...they never called. My wife went into the store and was told by the salesman that the used pump we got to close our pool in September was our replacement pump. She tried to tell them it was a used pump but they told her it came right out of the box new. Needless to say she was furious, they told her a completely different story than I was told, that the customer would have to deal with the pump company to have it replaced under warranty, that they could\would not help us. Remember this guy was not even the salesman that sent the used pump out in September so he had no clue what pump or shape of the pump they brought out to temporarily close my pool. She asked for our broken $1500 pump and the salesman told her she could have it as he was tired of looking at it. The temp pump they gave us to close the pool is making the same noise as the $1500 bad one. So since they wasted my time now the warranty is up and I am having to shell out more money to buy a different pump or fix the bad one on my own dime. Save your self a lot of headaches and do not even step in the door and if you do don't believe that customer service is anywhere listed as a priority for this store. Needless to say I will not buy anymore supplies or equipment from this establishment and am hoping that if you read this you do not either as this store has cost me a lot of money as I bought into their customer Service promises and got nothing but headaches in return. read more

DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY! BUYER BEWARE! We came to this business based on a family recommendation and it has been nothing but a nightmare since we walked in the door. We put a 72 hour deposit hold on their most expensive hot tub and were advised that it was to hold the product that they had in stock and that after 72 hours we would need to purchase or lose out on a 20% restocking fee. Within 72 hours we advised we no longer wanted the hot tub. This is when they changed their tune. We were told that our deposit was a down payment and nonrefundable. This was never told to us when we gave them our credit card for the deposit. It appears that Kevin was so eager to get the sale he decided it would be a good idea to lie to us. We were promised by Kevin that it was to hold the spa. At this point the owner, Rob Hobelman, will not return our calls. There are several reviews here that indicate the rude response from employees at this small business. Including the owner, Rob Hobelman. We have been called liars and still have not received a refund. This business should not be used or trusted for customer service. They have zero responsibility to its small Lincoln community and are only out for themselves. Go to Bonsall or Phoenix pool and Spas in Omaha. Read all of the reviews and know that a business will delete bad reviews to make their company look amazing. There is no control by Facebook, Google or Yelp to prevent them from deleting reviews. Contact the BBB if you have issues with this company as they already have 3 negative reviews submitted along with mine now makes 4. I will also be submitting a complaint with the BBB if this isn't resolved. read more

Have been going to the Lincoln store for many years and Have received good advice for my pool problems.

My mother and father had used Superior Pool and Spa. They have had issues with the business since they started utilizing them for service on their pool in the past, but they are loyal customers to a point. This year, there were numerous issues. I am not saying that the issues were solely on the company's part, but my parents, as well as myself, tried to resolve the issues. While we tried to work and discuss with Superior on the issues, we were all met with some of the poorest service that I have experienced. In my specific conversations with Superior, which did include talking with the Owner, were met with rudeness, constant interruption, being yelled at, and finally being swore at numerous times. I tried to work through the issues, but after being swore at a couple of times by the owner, I stopped trying. In my opinion, this company should be avoided at all costs, as if there is an issue, you might receive similar treatment and no resolution to the issues that exist. I am sure some customers are happy with their service from this company, but with the experience I had in three conversations with their service personnel and the Owner, my parents and I will never do business with this group again.
