Drywall had to be redone in places, even the threshold to the hallway was done incorrectly and had to be redone. My phone calls were not returned, I had to catch project manager in the office in order to talk to them. It took over 2 months to get my 5 -10 day project completed. I never even got a thanks for your business or sorry for the inconvenience from them. I would not recommend them for ANY job.

When the time came for the worker to do the job I was worried once I saw the tub installed. It didn't look any bigger than what I already had even though I was told I would be getting a "soaker" tub (whatever that is.) I asked 2 different people to see a photo of it before it was installed but never got one. Once the job was done and I tried the tub out I saw it wasn't any bigger than what I had as far as space IN the tub. Just more width around the edge. Which I told the contractor. He was going to come up with some options to remedy the situation but did not call back when he promised he would (his first mistake.) I waited 2 days, called the company and was promptly hung up on when I asked for the guy. Mistake #2. Called again and was hung up on before the girl even said anything. 3rd phone call went to voice mail so I left a message. No call back 3 days later. So now I have contacted the Better Business Bureau for a resolution. I tried to do it nicely and deal with the business who was so unprofessional after taking my money and not working something out. I put a negative review on their FB page this morning which was taken down an hr later. So I'm invoking my 2nd amendments rights to notify anyone locally that I DO NOT recommend using Baths 4 Less or their Sunrooms 4 Less branch for anything. If I had money to throw away on something that is not any more useful than what I had, there would be no issue here. And I was willing to pay a little more to get what I wanted because there was miscommunication all around but now I wouldn't work with these people if they did the job for free. Talk about bad customer service! Lesson learned here!

This was the fourth place I visited to look at samples for quartz and get a bid for a new bathroom…read morecountertop. When I walked in there were 6 sets of mens eyes staring at me throughout my conversation with the guy that addressed me with a loud sales voice. I had all of the answers to point me in the right direction but he kept asking me irrelevant things like my address to get me started on looking at samples. I told him what color I was interested in and he stopped and said "now...that is going to be about $2500 just so that you know" which made me feel like he was warning me it was something I couldn't afford. He also asked me twice about the cabinets being reused or is this an all new custom cabinet. I told him both times it's a completely new and gutted bathroom, new custom cabinetry. His subtle bid was also about $700 more expensive than every other place I talked to in Lincoln. He handed me a sheet of paper that had random names on it and said the S indicated it was in stock and would be the best value. But what does that mean? It literally tells me nothing. When I asked if he had any remnants to look at, he said 'nothing that big' which the size I am looking for is pretty standard. I got the feeling they definitely don't work with women and he assumed a lot by profiling me as someone who can't afford this so we should stop the conversation here. So I asked him to get me a bid based on coordinates I gave him. He then took two phone calls and started a conversation with someone behind the counter, ignoring my request. So I asked him to email me when he has something drawn up and he said it would most likely be more than 24 hours before I hear from them. Definitely don't trust them based on their demeanor in the showroom. I'm sure if their skills match it wouldn't be worth it to spend money with this company.
