I had a great experience with Bearded Builders. They recently overhauled the remnants of a 1970s…read moreremodel in a bathroom in my house, installing new tile and a walk-in shower, adding a modern upgrade with mid-century styling that's perfect for my 70-year-old house. Communication was great throughout the project and was completed in the timeframe they gave me. From the contractors they brought in to the (bearded) builders who did the majority of the work to the management and office staff, the entire process was smooth and left me without doubt the work was being done correctly with quality craftsmanship. While most will find Bearded Builders are certainly not the cheapest option out there for home remodel projects, by the time they're finished you realize you get what you pay for with a 5-year warranty to boot. Hopefully I'll win the lottery so I can hire them to them overhaul my kitchen next.

We had to replace our floors due to some poor installation by another company. We went to Lumber…read moreLiquidators in Lincoln and were able to get a lot of good information about the different flooring available. Everyone I. the store was professional and very helpful. Once we made our selection, they contracted our job to L & S All Out Contracting. It is a smaller contracting team but they are all very knowledgeable and we were impressed with the initial contact with the owner, Michael. He explained how the work would be done, a so nothing they did was a surprise. We were very glad that they. Carefully remove our baseboards and trim, then reused it at the end. They caulked and cleaned it up so nicely, I don't have any touch up to do! That is a lot of labor intensive and attention to detail work, and we are very happy with the results! At the time, we also decided we would be changing the facade of our fireplace so we added some work, independent of the floors, so we could get the floors put in and ready for the fireplace surround change. They made everything so seamless. We also replaced the toilets in the house and added a new shower head. These extra things were really nice to get done at the same time they were doing the floors, rather than having to do it at a later date. When I had any questions throughout the whole process, they explained everything to me. All four, Kyle, Trent, Mitchell and Michael, were very fun to work with and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy at each step of the job!

Jason, Adam and Seamus were my main contacts at Reclaimed and each encounter was professional and interesting. They have a great design aesthetic and showed us many options for our outdoor shower. We ended up using a Japanese charred cedar approach for our shower, shou sugi ban. It looks incredible. 2 years after it was installed, we had an issue with the door. They came out and investigated, later on came back and took the door away to get it fixed. It was back within two weeks and works better than ever.
