They provide the option of steel siding which is only one of two companies in Lincoln that provide this service. ABC Seamless is the other company that provides this service and they were literally double in their estimate of windows and steel siding. Their sales team took the time to show me the materials included in the projects, including a demo of the windows integrity to the outside elements. We took time to walk around the house together and really refine how I wanted to update the house. They provided a lot of options with the update which made me feel good about updating a hundred-year-old home while maintaining its beauty and improving its life for at least the next 50 years. I highly recommend working with them on your next update of siding or windows. I've been extremely happy with the process and care that Innovations continues to maintain.

I hired integrity in 02/21 to do a garage demolition and rebuild as the garage that was on my house…read morehad started sinking and pulling the west wall of the house with it. The sales guy I got to come out and bid on the project (Matt) was nice enough, and things went off without a hitch. He even went to the planning board meeting with me to speak to the board and request a variance I would need to be able to demolish and rebuild the garage as the existing garage was grandfathered into the required 16' setback, and my garage was only 7' from the property line. So far so good. This is April. This is the last time anything was done expediently. The remaining timeline is as follows: 7/7: demolition on the garage begins. They get the roof down same day 7/7-7/14: they get the rubble removed and leave one section of fence and the flat slab that was the foundation of the garage. The hole going into the side of my house is left covered with just a thin sheet of plastic. The west side of my house is left with no support which eventually results in the garage door not opening, cracks in the plaster in ALL rooms on the west side of my house. 8/13: the crew returns and demos the slab and the remaining fence sections. 8/16: they start excavating the dirt to be able to pour footers and slab. They over-excavated by about 5 feet in both sideways directions. At this point, nothing more happens that is visible at my house until December, but fret not dear reader, they still managed to repeatedly screw up the submittal of the plans to the city, by repeatedly submitting the plans on the wrong size sheets of paper, not having them signed off by a licensed engineer, and also losing part of their office staff that left over a "hostile workplace" 10/4: The city finally issues the permit after months of submissions on the wrong size paper. 12/7: they finally managed to hire a concrete guy and they show up to build forms and excavate for the footers. 1/5: they show up and make a form to pour a wall under the side of my house, (that at this point is still unsupported). This form will be recreated 6 times and will prove to be the bane of getting further inspections signed off. 1/6: they pour the footers Sidebar: Winter '21 was quite frigid, before winter I was assured by Dan, the worst project manager in the world, that my house would not be cold. Well, I had an uninsulated plywood board with Tyvek over it to block the hole in the wall, no insulation, no sealing, the main floor of my house is about 35 degrees colder than the rest of my house because of this hole. Thanks for ensuring I wouldn't be cold dan! 1/13: the forms are put up to be able to pour the base walls on top of the footers. The wall to support the sinking west face of my house is still not addressed. 1/16: they finally come out and put up pink insulation board and Tyvek to "address the cold situation" in my home. My house was then only about 20 degrees colder on the main floor. I guess it's better than nothing. Nothing happens until April. Including the addressing of my sinking west wall. 4/7: they pour the wall bases and finally pour the wall that's supposed to support the side of my house they left unsupported. this did not end up supporting that side of the house until further work was done months later 4/14: the bounding forms for the flatwork are started and rebar is ordered. crushed rock is laid and compacted 4/18: rebar cage is built and installed 4/25: they poured the garage floor. No slump test was performed to ensure the concrete received met the PSI requirements I paid extra for to be sure the lift I'm installing in the garage won't kill me 4/26: they pour the driveway At this point, they went dark again until June. 6/9: framing started, framer informs me the walls that the company poured are not square, and as a result, there will be some weirdness appearance-wise on the inside 6/10: the framer has the walls completely framed 6/14: OSB goes up on the outside walls, roof trusses are starting to be made 6/17: plywood, Tyvek, and tar paper is put on the roof 6/18: outside walls were tyvekd Nothing else happens till July. 7/21: (after I requested it be done) they bring in fill dirt to fill in where the over-excavation occurred 8/20: siding goes up In August they did all the internal drywall, replacing what was damaged from negligence and close in a window. They did not however put up plastic so my entire house ended up with a layer of white dust, multiple times 9/7 garage door put in 9/9 painting begins 9/20 job is done when the garage was done, another contractor found issues with the roof tie-in. When I brought this up to Tom, his response was "let's wait and see if there ends up being an issue and then fix it" until I once again mentioned contacting the BBB in October '22. As of the date of the publishing of this report (12/2/2022), it still hasn't been fixed Tom I know you're reading this, you know I have receipts and pictures don't @ me

Listened to what we wanted and didn't try to pressure us into spending more or upgrading to something out of our budget. I got 5 quotes, and they were not the lowest, but they were not the highest either (much closer to the lowest than the highest). They were the third company that came out and the first to provide a quote. -Never had to call twice or check in multiple times. Our salesperson, the project manager, billing, and scheduling always returned my call, email, or text in a timely manner. They nearly always had an answer for me, and if not, they found it. We were trying to decide between two colors but we wanted to see them on a house. They were able to track down two houses with each color, which was extremely helpful. -Always available for questions and to help clarify what was being done. We even decided at literally the very last minute to have them install an exterior door we had bought. When they got it framed out and installed they realized it was too warped. I got another door, and it had some hidden issues as well. These guys installed three doors in the same spot and never once seemed irritated or annoyed, and the work was perfect. -They referred to their crew by name. How a company treats their employees and contractors is a huge reflection on how they approach the quality of their company, their work, and how they view their customers. More importantly, people deserve respect, and I feel like they give that to their workers and customers alike. One of the other quotes we got, we were told they basically just get whatever crew who is available, and another essentially spoke negatively about their workers. This was a refreshing change. -The crew themselves. They did fantastic work that you can really tell they take pride in. They kept the area picked up, got a lot of work done in a short time, and we are thrilled with the way it came out. No shortcuts or anything halfway, really above and beyond. -Another person came out to power wash, and another crew for the final painting of the foundation, garage door, etc. Also the same level of professionalism. The paint crew even managed to cover/protect the river rock when painting the foundation, which I just assumed would get some paint on them, and again, everything looks fantastic. I can't think of one thing that someone would take in to consideration for a major project like this that these guys did not meet or exceeded our expectations.

The contractor and I decided not to go with three panels and reduced it to two to save costs on custom glass and decided it was more sturdy with a wall. They gave me a rough estimate for $1600. The work was nearly complete so I had them back out to officially measure for the two glass pieces. I had to chase them down for an estimate, two weeks later the bid was $3800. I called to talk to them about what happened. They said the $1600 bid was for one panel and not two which wouldn't make sense in the shower or design so if that is the case, why send that bid over at all. The initial 3 panel bid was $2600 so I was asking why it jumped up to $3800. He said the price of glass went up in the last four months. They were unapologetic and told me any glass company is going to charge you this much. So I called 8 places for bids and the cost ranged from $2200 to $2600. I made the decision to go with a company that has 30 years experience and definitely knew what they were talking about. Gatsby continually lost my confidence they even knew what they were doing.

Confused, I called the Omaha location and spoke with Ashley to see if they would be open at some point later in the day. I get there around 1:30 with a company truck there but the door is still locked. This isn't a short drive for me. In total, having gone to and from the store twice that day, I've spent an hour driving today with nothing to show for it. I called the store but I was just so annoyed at this point and have so much else to do that I didn't even let it go through. Cody did call me back from a separate phone number (?) and left a message saying he had a few missed calls from me and to call him back. I'm sure he's a nice guy but this was a real let down.

Over the years I found a number of issues with the construction of the house and spent a lot of money correcting those issues. Two summers ago I discovered woodpeckers had punched some holes in the siding. I contacted Chad Carpenter of Carp's Complete Exteriors. Upon removal of some of the siding, it was apparent that the original builder had not used a water resistant barrier (WRB), but had simply installed the siding directly onto the Celotex. The resultant water intrusion led to a breeding ground for insects, which then attracted woodpeckers. Chad shot me a price that I thought was more than fair for removing all the siding on two sides of the house, restoring the walls to how they should have been done originally, replacing the siding and repainting. The work was done in a timely fashion, and I couldn't be happier. It was a great experience.

My boyfriend and I own houses about 2 blocks from each other so we went with the same company for repairs to make things easier. From the start, they took pieces of siding to send out to see if they matched with any available siding. On my house, I waited and waited for results with Jax telling me he'd check on it. Come to find out a month later that my siding was stuck behind a seat in his truck and was never sent. Then another couple months went by before the job actually started. When the siding was placed, they left my nest doorbell hanging by the wires and no downspouts. It rained several times over the next several weeks and without downspouts a divot was starting to form where water was just pouring straight down. Jax told me after the first rain that he'd be out "tomorrow" to install temporary downspout arms to at least direct water away from the house. I heard "tomorrow" from this guy more times than I can count. Tomorrow never came. I finally got downspouts installed weeks later. Then my shutters took almost 2 months to get installed. Again, tomorrow, tomorrow tomorrow. Sometimes he just plain ignored my texts. I also had a window screen to have repaired. No one ever touched it, yet it was still on my final bill $71.60 for the screen and $248.16 for labor. For one window screen! They did go ahead and remove that charge. I would just advise anyone working with them to double check all of your documents so that you aren't paying for anything that didn't actually get repaired. The same issues with my boyfriend's house. They said they would sweep for nails every day. That never happened. We swept them up ourselves. They also said they'd come pick up the dumpster on a Friday when they were done with it so we could have our driveway back. Didn't happen, it sat there for another 4-5 days. They also left several things unattached from the house after siding was placed... one being the air conditioning unit. Thankfully, they took so long getting to this job that it wasn't hot enough to need A/C any more. The roofing crew also had left materials in our neighbors yard all day and it left a huge brown spot in their yard. Chad's response to this was that his crew would never do that. When showed a photo, he said "well what do they expect me to do about it" umm.. get them a bag of grass seed and an apology??? Chad also found it appropriate to complain to my boyfriend about his ex-wife and made it his business to ask my boyfriend if I'm pressuring him to get married since we live together in his house. Mind you, I work from home and could hear this conversation from my office. My boyfriend said "I don't know, why don't you go ask her, she's right upstairs." Before posting this review, I noticed that every negative review someone posts is answered with them stating they have no record of any communication or working with them. I find that pretty telling that this company would resort to that kind of response. This isn't a one off.... We have two houses with the same types of issues on both houses. I would have been completely fine with however long this project took if the communication was better. If you say tomorrow, I expect tomorrow. If you know it's not going to happen tomorrow, don't lie to me. The lying was the biggest thing for me. Be honest. That's not hard or unreasonable.

The windows were paid for in full, amounting to over $6,000. I was told an installer would contact me to come measure and order the windows. I received a voice mail from the installer AFTER he had come to my residence and discovered no one home. Later that same day, I received a voice-mail from Home Depot advising me that the installer would be coming to my residence. I received no prior notification. After more than a week of trying to get an appointment scheduled for my needed measurements, I was finally able to get one set up. I took a full day off work because I was not given any kind of time frame. On the day of the appointment, I reached out to the installer by phone after waiting patiently. I spoke with him by phone and he advised he was only a couple minutes away. Following that, the installer never showed up. No follow up contact at all. The next day, after I made numerous calls to Home Depot to complain, I received a call from the consultant I met with early on. I was told that the installer could complete the job because I have aluminum siding. I do not have aluminum. It is vinyl. I can only imagine that the installer got into trouble for his complete lack of customer service, so cooked up this excuse to avoid completing the job. I have spent thousands of dollars at Home Depot over the years for my improvement projects. The total disregard I was shown through all of this has definitely left me questioning whether I will continue to be a customer.
