We had our house windows cleaned this morning, the experience was both good and bad…read more The bad. We think they rushed, alot evidence in the squeegee lines left on a couple windows and some water stains left under touched. With a little elbow grease they would have come off. Window sills not very clean, especially rhe lower level left very dirty Screens not properly cleaned. Just wiped with a dry rag. We had to clean with a hose after crew left. The good Starting with office staff (young lady who took my calls) very very helpful and nice. She got the experience off to a good start The crew was actually early to the house (big plus in my book). No trace of them being here. No trash, or debris needing picked up. Nothing damaged or broken Able to pay the bill online via a secure site. UPDATE: The next business day Fish window service called me to ask what they could do to rectify any issue. I was truly impressed. That in itself would make me call them first the next time i need my windows cleaned. Thank you

Best company I've worked with! Not only did they get the job done incredibly fast, but they were…read morealso honest, professional, and so easy to work with! After I submitted a service request on Yelp, Juan contacted me almost immediately and had everything scheduled for the very next day. Sure enough, Jason came out today and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the repair in no time and was very upfront and honest about the pricing. What made the experience even better was that I wasn't even able to be there in person however Jason still made the entire process seamless by keeping me updated throughout the whole process with messages, photos, and phone calls the whole time. We were basically able to handle the entire project virtually, and by the time I finally got home, everything was already completed perfectly. Other contractors were quoting ridiculous prices for such a small repair area, but Jason never once tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. As a woman, I've unfortunately experienced contractors trying to overcharge or push unnecessary work before, so I really appreciated the honesty and transparency from ProGrade Exteriors. What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond by helping fix a small issue near my front entryway simply because they noticed it needed attention. Thank you, ProGrade Exteriors, for your amazing service, professionalism, fair pricing, and INTEGRITY. If you're looking for reliable contractors who are efficient, honest, and not out to scam people, look no further -- these are the guys to call!

We had an old skylight in an upstairs room that was leaking badly. We reached out to Prograde and…read moretwo other companies. One contractor came over on a Thursday and promised us a bid the following week, but over a week -- and several big rainstorms -- went by without any communication from him. Then Juan from Prograde called me a second time to make sure we had found someone to replace or fix the skylight. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof. They started about 10:00 and the job was done, professionally and neatly, in under two hours. These guy are terrific! Give them a try!

My wife and I had been looking for a roofer that could help us with some internal leaks that…read moreappeared to be coming from our roof. We had tried a couple other roofers but they ended up being unreliable and didn't return it calls after we had them evaluate the situation. I saw Arcosanti Inc. online, when I was looking for yet another roofer, and after talking with Scott on the phone, explaining the issues we had been dealing with, he said he was happy to come out and check things out. He was punctual, hitting the scheduled time he told us he would be there, he was thorough in his evaluation, he communicated everything he found clearly and in a way we could understand, even showing us pictures of the concerned areas. He gave us a number of recommendations for fixes that were progressive, depending on how much we wanted to get done and how much we were willing to invest. Most importantly, he didn't just fall off the face of the earth after we got the recommendations and determined a clear course of action. Scott came back personally to do the work and then showed us pictures of the work that he did to correct the issues. The price for the work was a fanatastic value, we couldn't be more happy with the whole experience. I highly recommend Arcosanti Inc. for any of your roofing projects, Scott will take care of you like you are one of the family.
