Then Juan from Prograde called me a second time to make sure we had found someone to replace or fix the skylight. When he learned that we hadn't, he sent David and a co-worker over to our house that very afternoon to assess the situation. David promised he could replace the skylight the following day -- a Saturday! -- at a very reasonable price. True to his word, David called Saturday morning to tell us that he and his crew would arrive as soon as the rain let up enough to allow them on the roof. So I suppose the jury is still technically out on whether or not the leak is completely fixed, but I will say that I enjoyed working with them, finding them responsive and consistent in their responses to questions & emails, and the cost of the work was not out of line.
