I hired integrity in 02/21 to do a garage demolition and rebuild as the garage that was on my house had started sinking and pulling the west wall of the house with it. The sales guy I got to come out and bid on the project (Matt) was nice enough, and things went off without a hitch. He even went to the planning board meeting with me to speak to the board and request a variance I would need to be able to demolish and rebuild the garage as the existing garage was grandfathered into the required 16' setback, and my garage was only 7' from the property line. So far so good. This is April. This is the last time anything was done expediently. The remaining timeline is as follows: 7/7: demolition on the garage begins. They get the roof down same day 7/7-7/14: they get the rubble removed and leave one section of fence and the flat slab that was the foundation of the garage. The hole going into the side of my house is left covered with just a thin sheet of plastic. The west side of my house is left with no support which eventually results in the garage door not opening, cracks in the plaster in ALL rooms on the west side of my house. 8/13: the crew returns and demos the slab and the remaining fence sections. 8/16: they start excavating the dirt to be able to pour footers and slab. They over-excavated by about 5 feet in both sideways directions. At this point, nothing more happens that is visible at my house until December, but fret not dear reader, they still managed to repeatedly screw up the submittal of the plans to the city, by repeatedly submitting the plans on the wrong size sheets of paper, not having them signed off by a licensed engineer, and also losing part of their office staff that left over a "hostile workplace" 10/4: The city finally issues the permit after months of submissions on the wrong size paper. 12/7: they finally managed to hire a concrete guy and they show up to build forms and excavate for the footers. 1/5: they show up and make a form to pour a wall under the side of my house, (that at this point is still unsupported). This form will be recreated 6 times and will prove to be the bane of getting further inspections signed off. 1/6: they pour the footers Sidebar: Winter '21 was quite frigid, before winter I was assured by Dan, the worst project manager in the world, that my house would not be cold. Well, I had an uninsulated plywood board with Tyvek over it to block the hole in the wall, no insulation, no sealing, the main floor of my house is about 35 degrees colder than the rest of my house because of this hole. Thanks for ensuring I wouldn't be cold dan! 1/13: the forms are put up to be able to pour the base walls on top of the footers. The wall to support the sinking west face of my house is still not addressed. 1/16: they finally come out and put up pink insulation board and Tyvek to "address the cold situation" in my home. My house was then only about 20 degrees colder on the main floor. I guess it's better than nothing. Nothing happens until April. Including the addressing of my sinking west wall. 4/7: they pour the wall bases and finally pour the wall that's supposed to support the side of my house they left unsupported. this did not end up supporting that side of the house until further work was done months later 4/14: the bounding forms for the flatwork are started and rebar is ordered. crushed rock is laid and compacted 4/18: rebar cage is built and installed 4/25: they poured the garage floor. No slump test was performed to ensure the concrete received met the PSI requirements I paid extra for to be sure the lift I'm installing in the garage won't kill me 4/26: they pour the driveway At this point, they went dark again until June. 6/9: framing started, framer informs me the walls that the company poured are not square, and as a result, there will be some weirdness appearance-wise on the inside 6/10: the framer has the walls completely framed 6/14: OSB goes up on the outside walls, roof trusses are starting to be made 6/17: plywood, Tyvek, and tar paper is put on the roof 6/18: outside walls were tyvekd Nothing else happens till July. 7/21: (after I requested it be done) they bring in fill dirt to fill in where the over-excavation occurred 8/20: siding goes up In August they did all the internal drywall, replacing what was damaged from negligence and close in a window. They did not however put up plastic so my entire house ended up with a layer of white dust, multiple times 9/7 garage door put in 9/9 painting begins 9/20 job is done when the garage was done, another contractor found issues with the roof tie-in. When I brought this up to Tom, his response was "let's wait and see if there ends up being an issue and then fix it" until I once again mentioned contacting the BBB in October '22. The first time I used this company, it was great. They fixed my siding problem and it was very affordable. The second time I had them come out and check my roof after a hail storm. They said I needed a roof but my insurance adjuster disagreed. Didn't get a roof. The third time I had them come look at a different place where my siding was peeling. After they came out and glycol a look,I was ready to have them take care of it. Didn't hear anything. We contacted them many times and was told a work order was being submitted. Working with integrity was more work than it was worth. I hired them to reside and replace all the windows in my house. After I signed the contact the salesman all but disappeared. I had to contact the owner to call the salesman to return my calls. In my opinion, this was a very big job. All I wanted was to be kept informed about the progress. I never heard a peep. Integrity didn't seem interested in making sure the job was done in a timely matter. Maybe that's because the people who worked on my house did not work for integrity, I was somewhat disappointed to learn this. I'm not even sure where to begin on this company. I'll keep my cool as best I can. I called, asking for an estimate on 2 roofs that needed replaced on 2 rental units. Lori, (who was fairly new to the company according to the owner) stopped out within a few days to look, and called me with an estimate on both houses. I was waiting on my insurance company on one roof, but I told her that on the other house, the quote was under my deductible, so plan to do that house. Lori emailed an estimate asking for a 50% deposit, and I paid it with a credit card. About 2 weeks later, Lori called to tell me the roof was finished and she needed the other 50% payment, which again, I paid with a credit card. These houses are out of town, so I took her word for it that the work had been completed. About 2 months later, I received a phone call from a guy named Luke at about 7:00 one evening wanting to know why we had not paid for the work that had been done, so I looked up the credit card statements and forwarded him the proof that the payments had indeed been done. About a 1/2hour later, I got a call from my renter wanting to let me know that it was raining and that the roof was still leaking, so I called Luke back and told him that the work had not been done, or at least it had not been done right since it was still leaking. Luke basically called me a liar, and that the work had indeed been done. This infuriated me enough that I drove an hour to the house to find that the leak had not been repaired. So I called Luke and sent pictures of where the roof was leaking. Luke said he had pictures of the work that was done, and sent them to me. They had done the wrong roof on this house. There are two porches, and the sub-contractor they had used, did the wrong roof! Mistakes happen, and other than them not having a record of two different payments, and doing the wrong roof, they agreed to do the other roof. Fall came, then winter and they claim they couldn't get the roof done because of the weather, although there were several warm spells that I had called them to do it, and they were too busy. Finally after several calls to them this spring, with very few call backs and several cancelled appointments, someone came out to repair the roof. I thought "finally we were finished with this calamity". a week later my renter called to let me know the roof was still leaking. After several more calls to the production guy (Travis) and him not returning my calls, I reached out to Tom the owner, who said he would get someone out to get this job finished. A service guy who is an employee of the company, came out to complete the work. By this time, I wanted to meet him at the jobsite to make sure we were on the same page as to what needed to be done. When he got there, both of us got on the roof. What they had done to the roof that was supposed to be repaired in the first place, was poured white roof coating and mopped it over the surface, but mopped right over a 6" hole in the roof!! When we went to the other side of the roof that they had repaired by mistake, we found that they had installed shingles on a flat roof, which is not a recommended repair by the manufacture, and then had poured roof coating over the shingles and in the process of rolling the coating, had slopped it all over the houses siding and other shingles! The service guy, who I felt was being very honest, told me that the estimator bids these projects too cheap, and then management expects them to do the job to "stay in budget". After looking at what needed to be done, the service guy said he was going to have to come back with another guy since it is too big of a project to do it with just one person. That was almost 2 months ago, and no one has come back to finish the project. I started calling a couple of weeks ago to Travis, the production guy and getting a call back from him is next to "not going to happen". I finally called the home office and got a hold of Linda. She apologized several times over for the bad experience, and promised me that the job would be completed by the end of the week and that Travis would call. Travis never called back, and the job was not completed. Linda sent me a text on Tuesday to see if the job had in fact been done, so I texted back saying that I would drive the hour to see if it had been completed. I drove to the house to find that nothing had been touched. I called back to talk to Linda, but Travis answered the phone. I lost my cool and asked him when my F***ing roof was going to get done, and Travis hung up on me. I called back and Travis said "what do you want me to do? Put a F***ing roof on another house for you?", and then hung up. After cooling down, I then called back and asked him to call me so we can get this matter finished. I didn't receive a call back. So this afternoon, Tom called back, I apologized for the language, and we'll see if it gets done. I'll update when I finally get this handled. Integrity Solutions? read more

If you actually want the work completed and correct DO NOT HIRE. We signed with Integrity in July 2017 after storm damage. Roof and gutters were done correctly. We had siding that needed replaced, a garage ceiling fixed due to water damage as well as interior ceiling painting. We have worked with 3 different employees which all 3 no longer are employed there so our job got dropped and not finished. March 2018 they tried sending a bill for the siding, which had not been done except for 1 piece that didn't match our current siding at all in color. They hired a painter to come out to paint living room ceiling water spot as well as garage ceiling. Their painter that they said they have used in the past, used masking tape to keep his plastic up. Of course when he pulled it off it took my paint on all of my walls with it. The garage ceiling should have never been done by him, he has no idea how to do drywall finishing. He only did 1 coat of mud, it has ripples in the tape, and there is even seams that aren't tapped or have no mud at all. Not to mention this took him 7 working days. He also smoked in my garage and left his cigarette butts on my garage floor. The VP of Integrity wanted us to let the painted put a coat of paint over his horrible drywall job, and it would fix it. Greg (VP) also refused to meet out at our house to look at the garage in person. He was rude, told us we had to let his horrible painter finish. Tom, who is the owner of Integrity was going to take care of everything and now that has been over a week with no answer to any message left for him. We have a garage that has been torn apart for over 3 weeks and it looks like a 2 year attempted to mud it. My walls in my living room, hall way, and entry way now need to be completely painted because of a painter using masking tape. I will be getting my siding repaired through another company and I will be telling everyone about my experience with Integrity Exterior Solutions. If I could rate them negative I would, they don't even deserve a 1 star. BEWARE!!!!!!! read more

I just had my roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced. Everything was done quickly and done well. They cleaned everything up very nicely also. I feel very confident that I was very well taken care of and if I have any problems, am very confident it will be taken care of. Very unsatisfied with the professionalism of the Contractors we dealt with from Integrity Exterior Solutions. We hired them to complete a 277 sq ft addition and should have known when we were presented with a hand written estimate with scratched out mistakes, that they were less than average contractors. But they made a bunch of promises regarding their quality and timeliness and we ultimately decided to go with them. The Contractor disappeared in the middle of the project and did not return phone calls. Only to reappear 10 days later informing us that he'd taken some time off. The project was 45 days over the time they promised it would be done. And we finally had to hire another company to finish the things that were never completed by Integrity Exterior Solutions, just to get the project done. And none of the extra things that were promised to us were followed through with.
