Josh came by and gave us a competitive quote for the flooring, taking time to answer any questions. We had other quotes, some cheaper, but none of them matched the customer service of Cleveland Carpets. We waited 8 weeks for the install because we wanted to have Jim do ours floors, and he was booked out. We used Jim before to install floors upstairs, so we knew his work was top notch. Jim is a one man crew, who moved every piece of furniture himself, and put everything back in the exact same place. A few weeks later we had a door installed downstairs, and the contractor had to take up some of the carpet, which left a puffy area by the newly installed door. We called Cleveland, and Josh sent out a tech to reinstalled that area correctly. We asked how much and they said it's no charge. Who does that nowadays. Our roof is quite large with steep pitches and in one day, they did a complete tear off and completed the installation of the new roof. They also put a new roof on our garden shed. The crew was amazing! They protected our gardens with care. They worked in complete sync and unison with each other and were very efficient. When they left that day you would've never known they were here. They cleaned up all the debris and left the property in great shape. The next day the new gutters went on.
