We had already called out Brandon from Non-Stop-Plumbing weeks earlier who said that like it or not, there isn't a temporary (cheap) solution, the entire sewage must be replaced. Brandon was unavailable when an emergency leak occurred so we called Walt Hornsby who came out and investigated himself. Instead of adequately diagnosing the sewage problem from the start, he suggested an unsubstantiated theory that the house had multiple sewage lines running to it and there was no way to know for certain without ripping out the floors, as the crawl-space was too tight. He then did a temporary fix for $450. The sewage exploded the following week. We called him again for this 2nd emergency. This time he was able to access the crawlspace by simply opening up part of the foundation and discovered that there is in fact just a single sewage line, but it was clogged by roots. Another temporary fix for $850. Sewage exploded the following day. I called Brandon who replaced the sewage line from ancient galvanized/root infested to modern PVC. Walt cost me $1300 down the drain. He is either a crook or simply unqualified.

He came out checked the unit and told me the flame wasn't a good one and I needed to get a new one. He called me from store and said it was going to be $800. Not happy with the cost but I agreed. He came in with loose parts and no box. Later when I asked he sent me pictures. I went to the store to find out the u it was $375 and they could have installed for $200, plus the store told me it was installed wrong . I confronted him and he said" that is what I charge". I was overcharged for parts and labor by at least $200. Not happy

I told them it was not in my budget right now but the leak had to be fixed . Whilst removing the pipe that needed repairing, somehow they dropped something called a nipple into the water heater and NOW it HAD to be replaced.. I was in shock over the price.. the heater itself was $400..but the labor was $2000 ..after THEY damaged it!Thats $500 and hour!!! Once they began the work I had NO chance of comparing prices or getting quotes to compare so had no choice but to pay up! I have since then found out that I was overcharged by almost $1000...I asked that he refund me the difference but he did not seem interested so Im posting this review..do your research is all I can say.

Kenny was very respectful, knowledgeable and explained the details of what and why we needed it and was not pushy about using their company. When asked if he could do the work while he was there, he went to the store to get a few parts and had the needed work done in no time. He even went out of his way to explain about possible other requirements that the installers may also ask about. Was extremely helpful with advise! We did not get other estimates to compare prices but the service was excellent and would definitely use him again!

Kenny arrived as promised in the window quoted and was able to both diagnose and fix the sewage ejection pump problem the same day. I need to reiterate that this was at the very end of the day on a Friday whereas most plumbers couldn't make it out until Monday or Tuesday the following week - talk about above and beyond! He offered two different potential fixes as well as a stop gap fix in the event we wanted to delay a fix for little longer. I'm always so appreciative of someone who doesn't immediately go for the most expensive fix. Kenny really listened to our needs as we deliberated which one we were interested in moving forwards with and was never pushy. We ended up going with the full pump replacement because he had built up trust and really knew what he was talking about, so we were confident he'd do it right to produce the longest term benefit. The price was fair and the work was top notch. He fixed our problem efficiently and effectively, and described everything with the perfect level of detail. He even recommended some good preventative/damage mitigating recommendations that we could invest in ($12 water alarm from Amazon) in case an issue were to arise again in the basement. This company is amazingly customer centric, they absolutely wowed me with their service and care. Kenny and Clog Dawg will be our first call going forward for all our plumbing needs. You have a customer for life!
