These bullshitters get your money and they're gone. I would say go with someone else, but they're all like this. My experience with contractors over the last 2-3 years has been absolutely atrocious. Since the unit was installed, it has consistently struggled to maintain the thermostat setting, with the indoor temperature remaining meaningfully above the desired setting. I requested a service visit to troubleshoot the issue and remain hopeful it will be resolved. What has been most disappointing, however, has been the lack of communication. Despite multiple calls, emails, texts, and attempts to reach my salesperson, I received no response and ultimately had to visit the company's office in person to speak with the director of installations. Thankfully, he was very helpful and arranged for a technician to come out. For a $10,000 purchase, I expected a much higher level of post-installation customer service, especially as a long-time customer of 10+ years. I will update this review to reflect how the company responds going forward and whether this experience is typical of its post-purchase support. I also hope sharing my experience helps other prospective customers understand what they may encounter after the installation is complete.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. Their proposal for a "basic" system not only was the lowest, but when I drilled down into the details, I realized i probably was the least basic, as well, as it included a two-stage furnace, and variable-speed air handler, etc., in contrast to the even more expensive proposals from other HVAC companies. Plus, that lower price included not only the standard 10 year parts warrany and limited lifetime warranty on a couple of major components, but also an extended manufacturer's service contract (labor for 10 years). Other vendors had estimated a two or even three day job, but Mr. Veasey told me he thought his company could do it all in a single day. I was skeptical, but by six hours after arrival, our new system had been installed, the software/firmware had been updated, and clean-up and testing had been completed. They also have been great about keeping us informed, and have shown up when they said they would. Highly recommended!

Never did he say that wasn't possible. He stated he would check his schedule and let me know that night. I never heard from him, waited the entire next day as he read and ignored my messages, and when I finally got a response he stated "if you are in a hurry find someone else" and "i dont work for you." I responded that i have wasted a day when he knew i was in a hurry and could have simply stated that he couldnt get to it this soon and allowed me to find someone else. To which he responded "ok do it yourself then or find someone else good luck." Lastly I said I would not be recommending him and he responded . Again, communication and customer satisfaction is not important to him. While he doesnt work for the customer, they are the ones paying his bills and he needs to recognize that.
