I've known nothing but very prompt response time and getting things working quickly. It always happens when theres a cold spell or a heat wave and I can't have my tenants hurting. Being an out of state owner I'm very happy with them taking care of my properties and glad that they have more than HVAC (since I've done all I can in this area!) because I genuinely appreciate the great service. From some other reviews I wonder if this is the same company because its been totally counter to my experience.

I received four quotes last year for a complete HVAC replacement from four different outfits, and…read morethese guys were the only ones that looked out for my best interests. My original HVAC unit was probably over 20 years old, but the furnace was replaced about 10 years ago. His recommendation (unlike all the others, including the company that sold me the heater in 1014), was to hold off as long as possible on the heater and AC replacement - since they are both working and get the ductwork correct, thereby taking undue load off the existing systems, which should extend their life. The other guys, either knew, or should have known that the ductwork wasn't right, and that selling me new heaters and coolers was not the best way for me to go). Who knows how long my old AC will llast, but I can tell you that my house cools and heats much better after the ductwork correct. You guys have a loyal customer now, and I know who I am going to trust when I do need a new system. Thank you!

They had a replacement system installed the next week. The team were totally pros the entire process. Even the replacement was so quick that they had the new system running before the house became hot. And it was another Atlanta scorcher in the 90's. The post install was really great. The entire area they were working was clean and neat (I think it looked better then before.) Mark went over all the documentation and how to get that extra warranty by the manufacturers web site. We also went over the service followup and any questions I could think of. They also went over the thermostat programming and the configuration options. I only wish I had call Reynaud the first time I need HVAC service. I would have saved a fortune.
