Nelson said he would be here first thing today and he was. Took him about an hour or so to take care of the issue. The price was very reasonable. Nelson was very knowledgeable about plumbing and has over 25 years of experience. He was honest, told me how things were and how he was going to fix it. It doesn't get any better than Johnson Plumbing. I would give them more than 5-stars if I could. They are now my go-to guys for anything plumbing related. Glad I found them! By the way, before finding Johnson Plumbing, I called the plumber I used to replace my water heater about 18 months ago. Called at least 6 times and left a message each time. STILL have not received a phone call. Johnson Plumbing answered the phone . . . set up the appointment . . . showed up on time and fixed everything. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issue.

No service at all. Called to request septic pump-out, was told I'd get a call to be scheduled…read more Almost two weeks later, I call again, same response (none). Another almost two weeks later I call a third time. Finally I was told they would come out the next day at 1pm. Two hours before the scheduled arrival and after I'd already arranged to be off work to meet them, I get a call - nope - going to be 8am the next day. Changed leave arrangement and at 9am no one had called or shown up so I canceled the service request. Five minutes later I get a call that they are on their way. I told them not to bother, I'd be calling someone else. They should owe me a few stars for being patient a lot longer than I should have been. Edit - was contacted by Management after I called to cancel the service request. He arranged to get a truck out and serviced later the same day and offered an acceptable discount due to scheduling issues on their part. Technicians that came out were courteous, efficient and did a good job so I'm adding a couple of stars for them. I understand emergencies and staffing issues, but if it's going to be a month to get someone out, just tell me that up front. I would have understood and had no problem waiting.

The grinder pump on my septic tank stopped working. After calling Davis Plumbing, a service…read moremanager called me back in a very short amount of time. He then came to my house and determined the problem. Their employees were at my house working on the replacement before 9am the next morning. It was replaced and my system working smoothly before the end of that day. I am very grateful for the professional and efficient service given. Jimmy Weems, the manager even came back by my house and picked up the payment. His politeness and help was outstanding. I am very grateful for this company.
