Another almost two weeks later I call a third time. Finally I was told they would come out the next day at 1pm. Two hours before the scheduled arrival and after I'd already arranged to be off work to meet them, I get a call - nope - going to be 8am the next day. Changed leave arrangement and at 9am no one had called or shown up so I canceled the service request. Five minutes later I get a call that they are on their way. I told them not to bother, I'd be calling someone else. They should owe me a few stars for being patient a lot longer than I should have been. Edit - was contacted by Management after I called to cancel the service request. He arranged to get a truck out and serviced later the same day and offered an acceptable discount due to scheduling issues on their part. Technicians that came out were courteous, efficient and did a good job so I'm adding a couple of stars for them. I understand emergencies and staffing issues, but if it's going to be a month to get someone out, just tell me that up front. I would have understood and had no problem waiting.

It was replaced and my system working smoothly before the end of that day. I am very grateful for the professional and efficient service given. I called Mr. Clean Plumbing when I saw toilet paper in the side yard. Looks like the cap for the…read moreclean out drain was missing and anything that was flushed ended up in the yard-gross. He came out on Nov 1, 2021 and looked around then tried to snake it. He said when they got to the end of the yard the snake was binding up which meant one thing - that there was a break in the line. I said OK, how much to fix that? I'm thinking $5-$600, he said $2,000-$2,500. I said WHY! He said he would have to get a back hoe and dig until he found the break, but I would be able to flush and everything would stay down once he was done, then they would repair the pipe, cover everything up, reseed the yard that they disturbed and put hay on top (reseeding and hay were no extra cost because he just wanted to make sure his customers were happy). So I agreed and they started the work the next day. This job took two days, which I didn't have a problem with, I just wanted the work done properly. Once they found the break in the pipe, he called me outside to show me what was going on. It was pretty bad and the pipe in question was almost 7 feet deep. So they repaired the pipe and covered the hole. Now this process left me with an additional/new clean out in my front yard which again is OK as long as the work is done properly! So Now it is Nov 4, 2021 because the back hoe wasn't available on the 2nd and it's about 4:30 pm. It's done, but the clean out line and cap are sitting about 10 " off the ground in the front yard. I said you can't leave that like that, it's an eyesore, it needs to be level with the ground! His assistant said he had already glued it, Mike said because its late in the day will it be alright if we come back tomorrow and fix it, then we can also reseed the yard and place the hay? I said fine. At this point I ask if he takes credit cards or check. His said his office would call and take my cc info over the phone. So about 20 min later I get the call for the payment and Carol says, Ok Ms. Bryant that will be $3,000.00. I said no it won't, he told me $2,500. We went back and forth 3 times and after calling Mike, she said ok $2,500., and I paid the bill. A week later, I have to call and see when they are gonna fix the pipe that is sitting in the yard, so she said they will be out there tomorrow to fix that. I didn't ask about the reseed and the hay, wanted to see IF he was a man of his word and just wanted to make the customer happy. Today is Nov 21, 2021 ask me if the reseed and hay were put down! Needless to say, I won't call them again!
