The owners of the restaurant are most of the time there working and ensuring they provide the service which is equally as awesome as their food. I can recall a few times placing an order very late, almost closing time. They normally would reject because they're about to close. They have all the tables close so you have to order to go and they charge you a packaging fee that is not posted anywhere, when I asked the cashier Lacresha before I payed why did the total came up to so much more than the cost of the food she was dishonest and said because of taxes instead of letting me know that there was a packaging fee and other charges. When she finally printed the receipt I saw all these charges including the mentioned fee that she did not disclose even though I asked! I requested a refund, they charge you for every little thing even the dipping sauce, every restaurant specially with these prices includes a minimum of sauces for free but she refuse to refund me, we took the food and regretted going there even more because the wings were over cooked and dry and the fries extremely salty. The parking lot is tight and not easily accessed from the busy street it faces. The seasoned fries, in my opinion, were laden with salt, so next time I'll opt for the regular order. Going from Nashville to Little Rock leaves a surprisingly small amount of food options. Memphis is right in between but Beale St. is far from the highway and getting a quick late night bite to eat is tougher to find than thought. I am a sucker for wings though and since it was right nearby our fill up spot it was just a quick hop to Supreme Hot wings. I love hot wings but I also love Lemon pepper so enter the Special that had shrimp and 5 wings with Lemon pepper and I got an extra 10 wings in their hot flavor. The lemon pepper was tasty, a with a lot of lemon zip and a balanced blend of pepper to even it out. The shrimp though were a little on the small side, I think a customer asked me to see the size of my shrimp and I think it discouraged her from ordering it. The hot wins were really just mild. They really could have kicked up the heat a notch or two to match the description of the heat. Service wise there definitely needs to be improvement, with one order taker/cashier/front checker/food runner and since our food took some time to make it was a little frustrating to have to wait for our food to be brought to us when I knew it was ready and waiting in the window. The cooks didn't have any more orders at the time so they decided to come hang out front and could have easily brought us our food or just told us it was okay for us to go around and get our food but all they said was "she'll be here soon," after not knowing what to do. Okay, what's really going on? To be so good 2 months ago and to be so terrible last night, I am so upset. My fried chicken sandwich could have rivaled with a frozen Tyson chicken patty but would have lost the competition. Husband was overcharged for all drums which he requested but got drums and flats. Supreme Hotwings is one of our favorite spots. The wings are inexpensive and good. We also like the onion rings and fried pickles. But what really keeps us coming back is the catfish!!! Ok, so I gave Supreme Wings another shot. On my second trip, the wings were much MUCH better than my 1st visit. Me and a friend decided to share 30 of the honey hot, brown sugar BBQ, and the seasoned wings. All 3 flavors were really tasty and the wings seemed to have much more size than the order I had on my first visit. Also, I ordered the seasoned fries instead of the regular fries and that was an upgrade as well. I would have definitely given this place a 4th star but our order was messed up and they gave us 2 seasoned and one honey hot. I will say that they did bring us the other 10 brown sugar BBQ wings and did not charge us another penny. The prices at this place are very reasonable. The wings are pretty delicious as are the fries. The "hot" is not very hot so if you love hot wings I recommend getting the extra hot. The food is a fair price and was enjoyable. The customer service and efficiency of service at this location is very poor. The girl working the cashier rolled her eyes several times at customers coming in the the lady cooking in the back was extremely rude to multiple patrons during my visit. I assume that it was a busy day but the awful attitudes were unwarranted. We asked prior to ordering how long approximately our order would take and it took a lot longer than quoted. My husband comes here frequently and they know his name and his order. Very personable people. Parking can be congested depending on what time you come. Kind of shocked that no one has written a review about this place yet. I absoulty love their wings and their prices are decent as well. My favorite are honey gold, seasoned, and honey hot- honey gold is my favorite of all three. There has NEVER been a time that I've gone here and there wasn't a line or people sitting inside. I would give them a 5 but in all honesty they don't deserve a 5 until they start back giving you the baked sweet roll that they used to give with every order when they first opened. They are also getting semi stingy with the sauce for the wings: thats what makes their wings so good in the first place. Their fries are usually always very fresh and hot but depending on who the cook is that day you'll eat a few and push the rest to the side. There's usually this guy who is bald with a dark brown conplexion that fixes the food and i have to give it to him: hands down he is the BEST. He is the reason that i always go back because my food has always been fresh and hot when he cooks it. The other cooks are younger guys who are more concerned with what everyone that walks into the building looks like, flirting with the cashier, and too busy playing around to deliver the food like im sure the owner would want them to. Worst customer service EVER!!!!! In the past I've never had an issue with picking up my order in a timely manner. A few weeks ago I started back frequenting Supreme. I visited on a Friday, Saturday, and Tuesday. Each time I called in my order. Each time I had to wait at least 45 minutes before I could recieve my food from a call in order! First time I asked why did I have to call my order in be told to wait 20 minutes before my order would be ready. Then wait another 20 to 25 minute in the restaurant before my order was ready!? I was told Friday's are very busy and I had to wait an hour for my food. I went on a Tuesday and there was no one in the restaurant except this one guy who actually was checking out. It still took 45 min before I could receive my order. I asked why another 45 min on a call in this time. I was told they had a 70 piece order earlier that day. I was like what!? How in the world can one 70 piece order earlier in the day effect me not getting my food!? A 30 piece wing? I went back for more abuse on a Saturday. I said this is it. 3 strikes and you're out if I continue to get this same bad service. I called in my order again. Gave them 30 min before I arrived for my order. I walked to the door and at 9:40pm on a Saturday the door was locked. No one would let me in. People where inside picking up orders but I couldn't get in. I knocked on the door and the lady working the register just looked at me and ignored me. I called the store while still waiting outside and the voicemail picked up stating Supreme Hot Wings was closed. Finally the lady working the register opened the door to let someone else out. I stopped her and asked why wouldn't you let me inside and why did you just ignore me standing at the door!? She told me she had to ask her boss for permission to let me inside cause they were closed. I asked what time do you close and she said at 10pm. It was 9:44pm on Saturday to be exact. I checked my watch in front of her. The sign in the window showing the opperating hours clearly stated they close at 10:30. Even if they closed at 10 it was still 9:44pm and I had a call in that should have been ready. To leave a customer standing at the door for over 5 min and not even acknowledging this person says a lot about this particular business and management working at Supreme Hot Wings. To have a customer wait 45 minutes on a call in order on multiple occasions. Even when there was no one in the restaurant shows how management cares about their customers and the type of service offered. Each time I had to wait 45 min on an order. I noticed they called out the name I used for the order to the cooks in the back. I asked if you guys are just now cooking my order and I was told no. I believe they will not cook a call in order until you actually arrive onsite and pay. This is the type of service you can expect at Supreme Hot Wings on Whitten Road. read more

It looks like they do a fair amount of take-out as most people seemed to have called in and took their food to go. I ordered at the counter. The ladies who worked the counter were pleasant and the customer service was good. They brought my food out to my table and it did not take very long at all. I got a half/half deal with wings and catfish strips. It comes with fries, sauces, bread, and a side of coleslaw. It was a lot of food. The catfish strips were really good. Nice cornmeal breading and fried just right so it didn't have that slimy texture undercooked catfish can have, but it was not overfried or dried out. The wings were also good, I'm pretty sure I got the normal spicy and it was just spicy and tangy enough. The fries were hot, just standard fries. My visit and experience was pretty good. Im basing my five stars on portions which was pretty decent and the food taste really great. I was a little skeptical at first cause it was my first time noticing it was there. Not really a major chain like buffalo wild wings or those others. But it was close and didnt feel like driving all the way to wolfchase area. Nevertheless food was Made to order. I do recommend calling ahead or calling in your orders. We ordered in person and waited approximately 20mins. I thought they had an ok selection of wing flavors. I ordered one of there specials with the wings, shrimp and fish. Didn't know which one I wanted so I tried the combination. They also have a nice little selection of desserts such as cakes and banana pudding (real banana pudding!!) There was a heaping of fries.
