Their communication was A+, they were 100% punctual (which is rare with contractors these days), and the cherry on top was their pricing; which was not only fair, but well below a 1/4 of what other contractors were asking. They even went with me to Home Depot to help me return the extra supplies we didn't need...and didn't ask for a penny more for the service. These guys went above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone, and the next time I have a job that needs to be done, they will be my first call!

What started as a stressful situation turned into a smooth and surprisingly positive experience thanks to this contractor. He handled everything from insulation to drywall repair and repainting, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The drywall looks flawless--you'd never even know there was damage to begin with--and the paint job came out clean, even, and professional throughout the entire area. What really stood out was his attention to detail and communication. He kept me updated every step of the way, showed up on time, and made sure everything was done right, not rushed. He also took the time to protect the surrounding areas and left the space clean when the job was finished, which I really appreciated. If you're in Santa Clarita and need any drywall, insulation, or paint work--especially after something like water damage--I highly recommend him. It's not easy to find someone this reliable and skilled. Definitely someone I would hire again without hesitation.

Because of the honesty, professionalism, I saw immediately with David, a few dollars more here or there didn't matter to me! Price was competitive! Maybe, I could have done a (little) better money wise, but not honesty and professionalism. The stress of having people in and out of your house with different estimates was overwhelming! David relieved my stress. You will know immediately that David is a straight shooter! Not only did they do everything we agreed on, but more at no additional charge! They came back 2 weeks later to finish a promise! Thank you so much high quality for a job well done! Keep up the good work! Thank you David!!. I'm so glad I found Cesar! We bought an old house and had a lot of work done - scraped off popcorn…read moreceiling, repiped so there were lots of holes in the ceilings and walls, raised a sunken floor, removed tile flooring and carpeting everywhere. I was looking for a company to patch the walls and finish the ceilings. After getting quotes from multiple companies, not only was Cesar's the most reasonable, his reaction to the amount of work was very positive. Some companies didn't want to take the job because it was too big. I've included some before/after photos of just a few of the areas he worked on, but he basically patched/finished every room in the house. He also built a wall to create a room and built a wall to help convert a wetbar into a pantry. His work is amazing, and afterwards the house started feeling like a home. Cesar is studying to be a general contractor, so he also keeps an eye out for other issues that aren't just dry-wall related and will mention it. For example, he mentioned that the deck built to raise the sunken floor was not completely flat, and that the contractor would have to use a physical level to verify rather than rely on laser level (the contractor verified this to be true and came back to fix it). He also pointed out that with steady use and traffic, some screws were poking out of the transitions my floor company installed. Due to his honesty I ended up hiring Cesar for multiple other jobs other than drywall - he replaced an old pocket door and hardware, fixing the wall after he cut into it and pointing out old water damage in that location. He replaced and painted all the doors, door casings, and baseboards, changed a door to swing outwards instead of in. He reinstalled all the sliding mirror closet doors that were removed because of the abatement. He painted the walls, ceilings, and stair rails. He built and installed IKEA closets behind the sliding mirror doors. Finally, he built the pantry shelves. This man takes pride in his craft. After working with so many other contractors that will do the bare minimum, Cesar goes the extra mile to add the extra touch that makes his projects look great, built-in, and finished. I trust this man completely and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for future jobs.

They really do care a lot about their work and make sure it's quality. Not only that, they are able to finish it in a timely manner. We ended up hiring them to stain our hardwood floors (but ended up keeping it with natural color) and had been very accommodating in working around a busy household. We also had a fresh coat of paint in some of our interior walls as maintenance, which made the house look new again. As expected, they did a wonderful job.
