She decided to play a little older than a lot of girls so we obviously weren't looking for a club team, we wanted a house team to see if she would enjoy the sport and then if so we could do private lessons to help get her up to speed quickly. It worked out perfectly, she's now on at the club level and really enjoying it. The bigger thing is how much my child enjoys her time at Eichs as a parent, she loves coming and going. The staff is always looking out for the kids 1st and it shows, their approach has built up her confidence as well as her skill. If your looking to get your child into this sport this is a great place to start and grow. We have played house, beach, and now club as well as the private lessons and super pleased, go check them out and see for yourself.

They will make a ton of promises and never follow through with them yet take your money. We signed up for club for $1100 and about $1800 total later, my daughter was put on a team where the coach had no real club experience and the team was created from grabbing people off of the street literally. Parents were ready to pay but the girls had no interest and very little experience. Tournaments consisted of a silent coach that gave no feedback or direction and girls goofing off on the court, standing still, or rolling their eyes when a ball came close to them. The only points my daughters Eichs team made was from the other team's errors. Eichs hides when any conflict arises and then buries you in more lies. They invested in a new VB court when their batting business tanked but the court is too low to have a solid practice on it yet the club experience is on that court while rec teams have the proper courts. The air conditioning is only on when parents are around. Think about summer practices and open gym before you drop your kids off.

I am really satisfied with Premier West. I see that some people think the coaches are hard on the kids, but I don't really see that. I think they could push my daughter a little more. She was often getting bored not being pushed to challenge herself or learn something new. I am glad to say that the coaches did notice this as well and pushed her up into the next class level before I was able to bring it up to them. She is much happier in her new class level and is being challenged to meet new goals. They are also very nice to the girls. My daughter loves her coach and is excited to see her every week. The gym is busy with people. So that must show that they are doing something right. Premier offers many class options and they have reasonable sized classes. The classes are not too large where kids get over looked. We searched the local area for other options before picking Premier and for the price, this is the best place by far. They allow you to make up classes if you miss, many other places don't do that. So your child can take a break if needed and not fall behind, plus you never really feel like your money is wasted when you miss a class.

Its owner and now the sole coach is completely unprofessional and neglects the kids. During a recent two-hour session, my daughter and several others got zero coaching while he hid in the bathroom, chatted on his phone, or played doubles with friends instead of supervising his students, who were left standing around with nothing to do. With only two courts for a dozen kids, most of them just wait endlessly while he plays with adults who aren't even enrolled. When I confronted him, he blamed the children for "standing outside the courts" and told them to "find things to do" because "he's not their babysitter." After requesting a refund for the unused lessons, he promised to process it in two days, then refused--citing bogus excuses about lesson expiration--and blocked my calls, arrogantly declaring he doesn't care about negative reviews and will "fix" them himself. Avoid this shameless, money-grubbing coach at all costs.

They abruptly kicked us out without any proper explanation, leaving us no choice but to leave our workout unfinished. Due to forcing us sharing the court we reserved with other customers while we explained many times that we agree to let other people play, and we understand the situation, but we just need 10 more minutes to finish our game The owner showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer service, and it was extremely disappointing. It's unacceptable for a business to treat their customers in such a disrespectful manner shouting at us without any proper reason. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would advise people to look for alternative options. I personally believe that we were discriminated against by the owner. The environment was not welcoming and the owner's behavior was unacceptable. It's a shame that such negativity ruined what could have been an enjoyable activity.

I'm thinking in my head there is no competition. You have nothing to offer here. It's not even a question. Happy to return to my home gym tomorrow, where there is everything I want and more It was nice to try a class out, but I would never come back here not to mention The class was probably 80 something degrees with no fans going inside the room.
