There is a great atmosphere of encouragement and support. You will make friends and enjoy coming to the gym but won't feel that cult like feeling you hear about at a cross fit gym. It is a Planet Fitness only in name, it is much more like a typical lunk filled gym. The app showed only one small dot for crowd rating yet the place was jammed when I went in, so the app was wrong or the owner keeps it inaccurate. And there were riod lunk types everywhere, wearing bodybuilder tank tops, etc., tons of equipment with multiple big plates left on them, even got to witness a lunk rubbing a young girls leg next to him - it was overall pretty low class, and not at all what I usually see at every planet fitness. I think the staff needs to get this back to a Planet Fitness instead of being a Gold's Gym. It has potential, but the staff needs to get to work here, and the owner needs to fix these issues. Definitely NOT a judgment free zone, much more like the place the original commercials said it wouldn't become. Needs fixing. Not a lot of five or four star reviews here, maybe that's for a reason?

I've spoken to regional leaders and even Tim, and yet have they been able to articulate the WHY behind the increase that increases the experience of the member. It's always maintenance related... I invited a friend to this Life Time Fitness location expecting a high-end experience, but…read moreunfortunately it turned into a very disappointing situation. His belongings were stolen from the men's locker room, and we immediately filed a police report. After over a month of no communication, management finally reached out saying they "might" have a suspect. About a week later, we were told the bag had suddenly reappeared in the locker room after a nightly check--which raises serious concerns. When we retrieved the items, cash ($300) and a YSL cologne were missing. There are too many inconsistencies, and the situation feels poorly handled and unprofessional. What's more concerning is the lack of accountability--calls to the GM have gone unanswered, and no effort has been made to offer compensation or reassurance. For a facility that markets itself as luxury, this experience fell far below expectations. I've also since heard of similar incidents happening in the men's locker room, which is alarming.

I've been a member since March and I've done over 90 classes. I get up early in the morning before work and get to class at 6:30 or 7:00 and then I head home to work (from home). Who is this person I've become? Pilates is part of my routine now and I am so proud of myself. I've done 90% of my classes with Dania and I adore her! Please her back M/W/F mornings!!
