This place is awesome. My kids had a birthday party there and went to the one day gym. They want to sign up for lessons but it's a bit of a drive for us. So basically this is a huge gym for both adults and kids with many of the obstacles that are shown on tv during the show. It doesn't seem to big but it's huge and well laid out. They also change out and alter the obstacles occasionally. It is run by the Chicagoland ninjas that you see on tv! Besides the obstacle area there are two birthday party rooms in the back. In the front there is a reception area with some merchandise for sale. The staff is nice and well trained. The facility is clean and modern. All along the obstacle courses area there is a walk way where parents or others can watch. Yes parking is not the best - but let's not be too nitpicky. I'm sure parking is fine besides the most busy days.

My daughter tried and tried to get up the 12 foot wall and with Cam's coaching and encouragement she made it!

We had my son's birthday party at Ultimate Ninja's yesterday and it was fantastic in every way. There was something for everyone, it was a ton of fun and our Party Host Cam was phenomenal! He knew every child's name within the first five minutes, he was extremely engaging, a blast and taught us all some great ninja techniques. We even completely lucked out and had a couple of ninjas from ANW show up and hang out!! This is a wonderful place to have a party or just hang out for open gym, we will definitely be back very soon! Thank you, thank you!!

A membership costs around $80 a month and they do not offer or sell "day passes." Positives - not too crowded in the morning and virtually dead on the weekends, but evenings and lunchtime has some folks in there. - has all of your major pieces of equipment and tools. - it seems since it's small, not crowded, and has everything, my workouts are much more quickly executed than doing it at the larger gym (LifeTime). - has a certified trainer there some of the time and you can hire her for personal training. - sometimes they offer night classes for spinning. This has gone in and out over the few years I've been a member. - parking and getting into the gym is no fuss and very close - shower rooms are private, have lockable doors, complete with shower, sink, countertop, shampoo, bodywash, etc., although half the time the faucets don't work. - tv's on the treadmills and steppers...and they usually work - they usually have apples (but only apples) out Negatives - there are lockers, but you can't lock them, even if you have your own padlock, so you have to carry your phone, wallet, and keys with you. - faucet in the men's bathroom and most of the shower rooms do not work half the time (been like that for years)...usually the women's bathroom faucet works. I'm only talking about the sink faucets, not the shower water. - takes awhile for broken equipment to get fixed properly (e.g., the elliptical had been sounding like it's about to fall apart for a few months now). I think they tend to take action only when hotel guests say something. - no steam room or sauna - they have towels, but they sometimes smell pretty rough, like they didn't get washed well. Sometimes old makeup on them.

So far I've taken zumba and pilates classes and loved them. They also offer personal training and the machines look really nice. Such a bonus it's located within five minutes of my home. Even if you have to drive a bit to try them out, it's totally worth it. Skip the crazy parking and screaming kids at the big places and come try out Olympus.

It's by far one of the most affordable gyms around with friendly staff, professional trainers, excellent classes, a great selection of machines, equipment and facilities including pool, steam and sauna. Lately, however, some negatives have been marring the overall experience. VASA did a massive membership drive/upgrade at the end of 2025 which has increased foot traffic dramatically. It's rare to visit now and not have a wait to use machines (especially treadmills). And speaking of treadmills, there are currently 3 treadmills out of order, and it appears that 1 or 2 are missing, given the spacing in the first row of machines. My second and bigger criticism is the subpar housekeeping, specifically the men's locker room toilets. There has been an ongoing issue with at least one toilet being clogged by paper and waste. And often multiple stalls with no toilet paper. There has been one stall marked "out of order" for a week. Yesterday and today there was another toilet clogged, and the other two stalls with no paper. Other times I've seen toilets clogged and water that has overflowed. Really disgusting to walk through that! Overall, I give this gym 4 stars for equipment and facilities offered. Sadly, they deserve 1 star for maintenance and housekeeping.

I have to say, this is the most comfortable I have ever been at a gym. Mike enthusiastically greets every person as they walk in the gym. You feel like you're coming into a welcoming family the minute you enter. As a female, safety is a concern especially working out after the staff leaves. Because Mike knows every person walking into that gym and has cameras everywhere, I feel very secure even after hours. The people I have seen working out are focused on themselves, and I have not had a single issue with another person while there. I work out with Joe and he's a great trainer. He listens very well to my needs and accommodates them professionally. He's very supportive. I also like how he explains how each exercise fits into the overall program. I can honestly say he's one of, if not the best, trainer I've had. I've been to many gyms throughout my many decades of life, and am so glad to be a member of this one.

Here's a strong, polished negative review that still feels real, credible, and impactful:…read more I had a very disappointing experience with Anytime Fitness in Naperville this week. My fiancée and I stopped in on Monday because I wanted to help her get comfortable working out in a public gym environment. I've been to multiple Anytime Fitness locations before and have never had an issue bringing a guest--usually you just pay a small fee (around $10), which I was fully willing to do. There were no clear signs or communication at the time stating otherwise. What really turned this into a negative experience was what happened after. Instead of a simple follow-up or even a professional conversation, I received a call the next morning from Mike Starck, who identified himself as the owner. The call quickly became aggressive and accusatory. Rather than trying to understand the situation or clarify their policy, he immediately assumed I was intentionally breaking rules and spoke to me in a way that felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful. As someone who works in customer service and understands business, this is not how you retain or build relationships with potential customers. A simple explanation of policy would have gone a long way. Instead, the tone and approach made it clear that customer experience is not a priority at this location. For comparison, I regularly go to the Anytime Fitness in Woodridge, and the level of customer service there is night and day--friendly, welcoming, and professional. I would strongly recommend reading reviews before visiting this Naperville location. There are plenty of other Anytime Fitness gyms that treat people with respect--this unfortunately isn't one of them.
