My first session was truly fun! I got my a** kicked just doing conditioning, but never felt ashamed at how weak and out of shape I currently am. Ryne helped me feel comfortable and kept my kind off of an extremely vulnerable situation for me. I laughed and smiled the whole time. I built more self confidence in that hour then I have had in a long time, which will keep me coming back, no matter how sore I am! Achieve is in the process of expanding and today I got to experience some of the best turf I have ever been facedown on! (Ryne, I told you I'd put this on Yelp!) While the gym is expanding, Ryne has no plans to change the individualized training in small groups, the personalized workouts which brings the feeling of comraderie with the trainers and other clients, or his direct involvement with each client. I am really satisfied with Premier West. I see that some people think the coaches are hard on the kids, but I don't really see that. I think they could push my daughter a little more. She was often getting bored not being pushed to challenge herself or learn something new. I am glad to say that the coaches did notice this as well and pushed her up into the next class level before I was able to bring it up to them. She is much happier in her new class level and is being challenged to meet new goals. They are also very nice to the girls. My daughter loves her coach and is excited to see her every week. The gym is busy with people. So that must show that they are doing something right. Premier offers many class options and they have reasonable sized classes. The classes are not too large where kids get over looked. We searched the local area for other options before picking Premier and for the price, this is the best place by far. They allow you to make up classes if you miss, many other places don't do that. So your child can take a break if needed and not fall behind, plus you never really feel like your money is wasted when you miss a class.

Positives - not too crowded in the morning and virtually dead on the weekends, but evenings and lunchtime has some folks in there. - has all of your major pieces of equipment and tools. - it seems since it's small, not crowded, and has everything, my workouts are much more quickly executed than doing it at the larger gym (LifeTime). - has a certified trainer there some of the time and you can hire her for personal training. - sometimes they offer night classes for spinning. This has gone in and out over the few years I've been a member. - parking and getting into the gym is no fuss and very close - shower rooms are private, have lockable doors, complete with shower, sink, countertop, shampoo, bodywash, etc., although half the time the faucets don't work. - tv's on the treadmills and steppers...and they usually work - they usually have apples (but only apples) out Negatives - there are lockers, but you can't lock them, even if you have your own padlock, so you have to carry your phone, wallet, and keys with you. - faucet in the men's bathroom and most of the shower rooms do not work half the time (been like that for years)...usually the women's bathroom faucet works. I'm only talking about the sink faucets, not the shower water. - takes awhile for broken equipment to get fixed properly (e.g., the elliptical had been sounding like it's about to fall apart for a few months now). I think they tend to take action only when hotel guests say something. - no steam room or sauna - they have towels, but they sometimes smell pretty rough, like they didn't get washed well. I really enjoyed my first class with Spenga! I booked a class via ClassPass and was instructed to…read morearrive 30 mins early due to it being my first time. Once I arrived they had a nice little sign sitting outside that had the writing "Welcome Jade" on a whiteboard. That was the first time a company has personally welcomed me in that manner, I was pleasantly surprised. Once I entered the facility one of the first things I noticed was how clean it was and how good it smelt! The front desk lady welcomed me with a smile and gave me a tour of the facility. They have self-locking personal lockers, a bathroom with 2 showers (for the ladies, I'm assuming the men's bathroom is the same), they also provide earplugs, gum, and hair ties at the front desk. The studio itself is very impressive. It's split into 3 sections- cycling, strength, and yoga. Depending on the class you take will determine how much time you spend in a certain area. They have ride classes which is solely for cycling, Ride/Rep classes which is a mixture of cycling and strength, revive classes which is solely focused on yoga, and finally the traditional Spenga class which is the class I took and this class incorporates all 3 (Cycle, Strength, and Yoga). The Spenga class is a 60 minute class that is divided into 3 intervals of 20 mins. You get 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes doing strength training, and 20 minutes of Yoga. I found the class to be that perfect balance of challenging yet doable. Definitely expect to break a sweat! My instructor Lindy was great, full of energy, and motivating throughout the whole class! I sincerely enjoyed my experience here and can't wait to book another class!!

You shouldn't attend if you are concerned about the same issue…read more After three months solid working out 6 out of 7 days a week, every time I walk past my wife I ask her to touch my butt, insisting that she appreciate its firmness and suggesting that rubbing it would give her good luck like rubbing the belly of a Buddha statue. She is not amused. "Get over yourself" she says, and "If you look at yourself in the mirror one more time, I'm kicking you in the crotch" Nearly 100 sessions in the books, I have shoulders I've never had before. My stamina is through the roof. I can set the kitchen table using my glutes, including desert forks. Waking at 4:30 in the morning for the 5AM sessions with the rest of my SPENGA early AM weirdos takes a lot of adjustment, but me and the 24+ ladies "earn our sunrise", taking an hour to make ourselves a bit better than we were the day before. Give it a shot.
