The staff is meh but overall their work outweighed their lack of customer service skills. When we came in there literally was only us and one other person and we waited over 30 minutes to get help... when I say help I mean not even a greeting came our way. She gave some suggestions that were very intriguing and after discussion on the color scheme (burgundy and blue - the Avalanche Hockey Team colors) gave her more or less creative freedom for the arrangement. The arrangement arrived on the agreed upon day about mid day. This arrangement surpassed my expectations.
