Gustavo and his team was so professional throughout the entire process. I found them on Instagram Ad and reached out about the cost of their PPF before receiving our 2022 Tesla Y. He followed up a couple of times on IG and was able to beat a lot of the competitors. I asked A LOT of questions on the warranty, lifespan, to what to expect when we dropped it off. We received the car and immediately contacted Gustavo and met up the same day. The entire PPF process with tint took 3 days. He gave us detail instructions and even invited us back in two weeks for a complimentary car wash. We noticed the PPF was lifting on the side view mirrors and texted him the issue, he was so responsive and told us not to worry. Two weeks later, the car is dirty from regular driving, the PPF is excellent and still looks shiny! We got our car wash and he fixed the side view mirrors. This review is regarding my experience with Gustavo and this team's application of paint protection film on my Tesla Model Y. First of all, I called several different auto salons yesterday morning to get prices on the process. Gustavo at Supreme Autos Lab had the best price, but that is nothing if the work and overall experience is not up to par. I can happily and proudly say that my expectations were exceeded. First of all, my questions were answered honestly and professionally. I was able to bring my car in the same day, and pick it up at the quoted time later that day. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and I will definitely return to have my windows ceramic tinted. An extra touch I did not expect was when I received a text requesting that I return in a couple of weeks for a status check on the job and receive a complimentary car wash. I left with my car last night feeling thankful that I found an auto salon that seems to not only care about my vehicle and the money it generates for them, but also me as an individual. Gustavo and his team did a great job. The way they transformed my dad's car is insane. Sorry I never took a before but because of the interior fabric and color it showed stains really bad. My dad being a trucker he always has dirt and grease on his hands and clothes so the inside handle to close the door (on the driver side) was badly stained and chose to get it detailed because it seemed like it wouldn't come off but worth a shot. I don't know how they did it but car looks brand new from the inside. They work quick, cleanly and professionally. Highly recommend them especially because you don't have to drive anywhere. They drive to you and it's much easier to wait the suggested amount of time to allow the interior to properly dry. Mentioning that, they didn't leave the seats soaked either. I've been told black is the hardest color to take care of but Gustavo and his partner took their time and did an incredible job! The one thing that really drove me crazy was the water spots. No matter what I did I couldn't get rid of them completely and now they're all gone! He told me it would take a whole day to do all the prep work and ceramic coating and I was fine with that because I wanted it done right. He wasn't kidding- he started early morning and after several washes and waxes and lots of buffing he started the coating late in the after noon. Pictures don't do it justice but I posted a few. Gave me lots of advice on keeping the car shiny and the coat strong. I sent out several quote requests via Yelp and Gustavo, the owner of Supreme Autos Lab, replied to me first and within minutes. On top of his speedy replies, he was very informative and helpful when it came to questions and requests about the service, whereas other businesses replied with just a range of price. He was also available right away as well. On the day of my appointment, he showed up with an additional helper and knocked out 3 of my cars within 3 hours. Even 2 of them got a mini detail. And he even gave me additional spray protection free of charge. His prices are definitely reasonable, although I was quoted a little lower than the price ended up being. Gustavo communicated quickly and promptly. He offered a Reasonable quote and always responded in a timely manner. We coordinated via text & he drove to my home to do the work. I had my headlights restored by him. He gave an estimated time of arrival and he showed upon time. He did the labor in about 2 hours, so I got to hang out in my own living room which was nice. I had him clean my cloudy headlights. For a little extra he offered to put on a special film to add extra protection. Overall, I am pleased by his work and the fair price. I paid with cash. For future customers, when Gustavo arrives, I suggest you make sure you make a space so be can have room to work, and it's helpful to have an electrical outlet nearby he can plug his tools into. I think he might have battery in his truck, he can use, but I'm glad I could make his work a little easier for him by providing an outlet. I recommend him. I just got my van done today and they did a great job. They were running a bit behind, so Gustavo shot me a text to give me a heads up. I appreciate him reaching out to me. It's a small gesture but I remember things like that. They showed up, we chatted about what I wanted done and he quoted me a reasonable price. There were 2 guys working on the vehicle. They cleaned the seats, the floor, all the paneling and the windows too. All the plastic accents were cleaned and they were even able to clean the hard to reach places in between the seats and center console. It took them a little over 3 hours but I'm glad they didn't try to rush the job.
