I recently got my 2020 Chevy Spark detailed for $585. The inside was steamed and the outside received acid wash due to heavy water spots. While I do appreciate the fact that most water spots came off, I noticed heavy scratches throughout the car after further inspection. After reaching out, no accountability was taken for by the detailers. Their policy is to communicate issues with them within 48 hours after servicing. I followed up on the issue minutes after detailers left. Attached are photos of media console scratched up, as well as paint and lights. Removing water spots should not amount to scratching up the whole car for nearly $600. While I would like a refund, it still would not remove the scratches that will continue to bother me, especially the ones on the media screen. I'm very kind when working with others, however, transparency is key. My whole car is scratched up for. I have more photos as proof. This is unacceptable. read more
