Nextlevel Custom Cleaning - Auto Detailing Near Me - Riverside, California

On honest review with mixed feelings - I initially contacted Isaac two weeks prior to getting services to discuss the details of services, products used, and general expectations. After we talked for about 5 minutes he sent me a text with more details about his services and pricing. Fast forward to 4/15/17 the day of the detail - Since I had some errands to run, I dropped the car off with Isaac around 9:45 AM. We walked the car, discussed budget, the deal currently being offered on Yelp ($90 for $125 worth of services), and options for upgrades to services, which I decided to pass on. Just prior to leaving, I told Isaac that I wanted to stick to my budget as I was considering selling the car, so I was not looking to throw a great deal of money into it. I left around 10:20 AM. I elected to get an exterior detail since I thought the interior was in good shape. Around 3:30 PM Isaac text me to give me an update on car and stated that there was still a lot of work to do and that he would let me know when it was done. Around 7:00 PM I contacted Isaac to see if the car was done and he stated that the car was not finished and it should be done around 9:15-9:30 PM. Shortly thereafter, Isaac sent me another text which included a higher amount than we originally discussed. When I inquired about the higher amount, he explained the price hike was based on a few add-ins that I did not elect, nor was I contacted to get authorization prior to doing any additional work. Isaac went on say (via text) that it would be more beneficial to pay him based on the new amount charged rather than utilize the Yelp offer. I asked him to explain and he stated that the amount he was giving me was based on a discount, which was not correct. I explained that the yelp deal was very explicit in saying that the deal applies to services and there was no language in the policy that specifies that the deal only applies to certain services or pricing for that matter. At that point I was a little frustrated, so I called Isaac and tried to get an understanding of what was going on. When we got down to the brass tacks I came to find that while the Yelp deal does provide a significant discount to the customer, it shorts the owner (not my problem). I explained to Isaac if it was an issue with him getting less by me going through yelp, just be upfront about it and please don't try to upcharge me for things I didn't even elect to have done. After we went back and forth, I told Isaac that I will pay the amount he provided (since he said he did extra work), but I was incline to use the Yelp deal, which I encourage you to use if you decide to try out the services. Considering that I was not getting a full detail, I thought it took a little long. I really wanted to be happy about getting my car detailed, but I am sad to say that after considering the body of work and the amount paid for services, I doubt that I will utilize this company again. If you decide to use this company, I would suggest that you get an itemized write up of what you're getting done with the full cost prior to leaving your car to be detailed. This will protect you in the event of up-charges (especially when you do not elect to have them done). I would also encourage you to use the Yelp deal if offered. In closing, Isaac was nice and respectful, but the business side needs work. There were some good things about the services, but overall I feel like I could have got the same or better services for less. read more

When talking to him over the phone I explained my situation & he came over to my house to get started. Isaac was very professional & knew exactly what to do. My car looks brand new again! Isaac did a phenomenal job and was super friendly and professional. My husband and I primarily use this car as it is newer and more spacious than our other car. This includes when we would take trips with our two dogs, one of which is a notorious shedder. Isaac is fantastic. Not only does he do great work, but he is a throwback to the days where people took pride both in their work and giving customers value for their money. It's called class people. I emailed him on Thursday to get an appointment to clean some gunk in the leather seats before I go to sell the car. He estimated it woudl take about 3 hours but said he didn't have anything until Wednesday but there was a chance that somethign might open on Sunday as his clients had not confirmed. Got the call Saturday asking if Sunday still worked for me. It did. He worked on the car for about 3 hours, but the stuff stuck in my seats couldn't be entirely cleaned in that time. He asked if he could come back the next day. Sp he squeezed a follow up in for Monday afternoon, but because I had to go to work I just left the car for him. he showed up and got to work all on his own. All-in all he spent about 5 hours on my car. He refused to let me pay him for the extra work because he had given me a quote for just the three hours. Great and honest guy.
