We got in sooner than their initial estimate, but the work took longer than the week they suggested. They had to fix things then paint, and it all looked to match perfectly. However, we noticed that weekend (once my husband had a passenger) that the front passenger door was hanging low and didn't match the line of the trim. We called to see what could have caused this since we didn't see this issue before we brought it in and the accident damaged the left driver side. We were told by the shop that it was that way when we brought it in. First off, NO. We even have a few pictures before we brought it in and that was not the case. As we didn't trust what they were saying, we took it to another body shop to get an estimate to fix this issue. Within a matter of minutes, they found that the bracket on the frame that holds the door shut wasn't screwed all the way in. They surmised that someone may have taken things apart on both sides to line things up when reassembling and perhaps didn't remember to screw that part in. They fixed it on the spot for no charge.

This is especially important for those folks who decide to stray away from the top dogs (Toyota, Honda, BMW, etc. car repair shops). I've been to other places where businesses make you feel ashamed to ask questions when it's them you are paying. I definitely would not say the same about this place, I felt like my questions were valued. If there was one thing I would suggest, perhaps giving some love to the inside waiting/front desk room. I think it could use a good cleaning to ensure customers are comfortable where they sit. Other than that, this place is great and I would come back for any further car repairs. Two thumbs way up for my experience here!
