Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).

After 181,000 miles, my 2014 Tesla Model S suffered damage to her hood and bumper. Having taken my cars to PAW for nearly two decades with incredibly excellent results, I had no hesitancy about trusting their award-winning abilities. My insurer (State Farm) immediately approved them, PAW saw me with no delay, and all I needed to do was drop my car off and pay the deductible when picking my Baby up after repairs were timely completed. The friendly and courteous staff made the entire experience stress-free and, as usual, their work was exceptional. I should mention I had PAW detail my S while the repairs were being done. My girlfriend was astounded with the result, telling me the car looked as if it were "two days old!" Please consider them the next time collision, paint or detailing work is needed!

Instead of addressing the issue, they dismissed me and made no effort to correct what should have been handled properly the first time. Attempts to reach the manager (Stacy Newman) were ignored despite calls and emails. The service at this location is careless, unprofessional and lacking accountability. I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicle. Stacy Newman's conduct raises serious concerns about compliance requirements. The lack of responsiveness and documentation suggests potential concealment of information relevant to my claim. I've urged Geico and the appropriate regulatory authorities to investigate this location's handling of reinspections and customer communications.

There were two areas of concern on the car, one needed significant attention later and the other he FIXED for me on the spot in 4 minutes! The best part was that he gave me an honest review of the car's exterior. He pointed out that the car had been repainted ( that fact was not disclosed by CarFax or Carvana ). He took the time to show me overspray, failed clear coat application, imperfections in paint application like dust and dimples, how the paint was applied incompletely and destroyed seals. He also show me how all the door moldings were pulled back and were not reattached professionally and would cause water damage, noise, and improper/uneven closing. He roughly estimated $3-4k worth of re-do work, not for him or his business but for me to consider while finalizing my thoughts on the purchase. Based on what PJ showed and shared with me and the trust he quickly earned with me with his knowledge and honesty, I rejected that car. Long story, short version: you can trust these guys to be honest, helpful and to care about quality. They are not in business just to make a buck but to build relationships that matter. I'll be bringing any cosmetic car issues to this location for sure. Thank you PJ! I appreciate you for your integrity.

Hillside completed the repairs and, I have to say, they did an amazing job! The door they replaced looks fantastic and they didn't do any work that wasn't necessary to jack up the bill. This shop restored my faith. They're a smaller shop, not a big chain focused on abusing the customers trust - and wallet. Don't give up on your car until you visit these people. When I brought my car in, Denny greeted me and dropping my car off was quick and efficient. I ended up needing the rotors replaced and a new serpentine belt as well, and received a call asking if I wanted it fixed. I was hesitant to agree to this, being that most auto repair shops tend to take advantage of customers with as little automotive knowledge as me, but they said it was something that really needed to be done as soon as possible. When I came to pick my car up, Denny brought me back into the shop and showed me the old parts from my car and showed me what they were supposed to look/ function like, which I really appreciated and it really assured me that I needed the parts and that I was really being looked out for.
