It was clear they weren't trying to nickel-and-dime me. They simply looked at the damaged area, assessed the damage, and walked me through the reasonable estimate. Arranging a rental car was super easy, and they finished my car ahead of schedule. The best part is that they went above and beyond my expectations - they actually painted over a part on my bumper that was scratched, even though it hadn't been caused by the accident and it wasn't in the estimate, and they did it free of charge! I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).

Quick backstory: I have a bright blue 2015 Volvo V60. Someone decided to take their white car door/metal something and hit/scrape my car not once but THREE times!! There were a few scratches and what looked like rust (most likely from their car - mine is a 2015!) mixed in with the white paint. At first I thought it was bird feces (darn birds) but at closer glance, it was definitely paint. It took a few passes through the car wash to remove the paint! Oh, I was heartbroken. My new car. So on good advice from some close friends I decided to take it in to Maaco. I made the appointment online (love that feature!) and showed up on my appointment day. I was met with a smile by the owner and after a few minutes and a quick walk-around, he gave me a few options. All reasonable and not at all what I expected it to cost or length of time in shop. I'm elated and of course I accept the quote. Come the day to turn in my car, I completely forget. I called later that day (after realizing that I was forgetting something important) and the owner graciously rescheduled my appointment for the following day. (Who does that anymore?!?!) The next day I turn the car in, slightly apprehensive at leaving it with someone new (it's like it's one of my kids - so sad, huh?). The gentleman that received the car saw the apprehension on my face and reassured me that all would be ok. 2 days later (and several days earlier than I planned) I received a call from Maaco saying that my car was ready. Asked google for the highest rated dent removal shop near me. Dent Clinic came up with a 4.9 out of 5 rating. Read some reviews was very impressed. Checked a couple other places out. And most said they could get it back to 90%+/- a few. Dent clinic said they could get it closer to 95-99% I added before and after photos. Understand the white stuff in the before Photo is PPF had to remove it, but you can see how bad the dent was. If you don't know what PPF is ask a body shop and get it, it saved my paint no scratches. As for cost they were very reasonable compared to others.
