DO NOT, I repeat: DO NOT use this service if you have any other option. My flight was delayed, so United moved me to a flight out of DCA and gave me and a fellow flyer a voucher to get to DCA from IAD. We approached the area where these guys operate and gave them our voucher. While they had 3 vans lined up; they basically just told us to wait. We said that we have a pretty tight timeframe to get to DCA and their response was: Don't worry. WTF does that mean? If we miss our flight, they would comp us a new flight? After the other flyer voiced concern as well; they motioned us to the 2nd van and the driver came over to load our bags in the back. Silly us, we assumed we would then take off. Nope, the driver loaded us in the van and walked away. After a few minutes, I walked out and asked when we are leaving. Response was: You have a shared van; so we need more passengers. Gee, thanks! 3 more people showed up eventually and then we finally took off for DCA. Luckily traffic was light; so we got to DCA; but no time to spare for coffee, etc or any TSA delays. Never again! I would rather get an Uber or taxi and just expense it. Not worth the risk with these clowns! read more

This company's counter service inside IAD was excellent, unfortunately after that it rapidly started to trend downward. Since my expectations weren't very high to start with and the fact it was fast approaching midnight, after missing my United Airlines connection it wasn't a surprising revelation that this transportation provider was nothing more than a cab company with an agenda. After making excuse after excuse to stall our departure in order to fill every seat on this battered van our driver finally made his way to the driver's seat only to pull out a late nineties Tom Tom and began to program it with the addresses of each of our designations. Between his complete lack of direction and his driving ineptness there was some doubt by most of the passengers whether or not we were going to drive in circles or die in a head on collision when our driver pull into oncoming traffic attempting to drive left of the median. So you ask why the 3 stars! We survived in spite of his hapless incompetency. read more

Our flight was rerouted from Reagan National to Dulles airport. Per airline rep's recommendation, we used Supreme Airport Shuttle. The driver would not accept credit card; so we ran to an ATM to get cash. The driver did not take off until the van was full -- a 20-minute wait. On the way, the driver wanted to pick up a Chick-fil-A meal. All the passengers said: No, we don't have time! When we arrived at the Dulles Airport, he stopped the van in the middle lane (and blocked another shuttle bus). The other driver screamed: You don't think about other people who have to make a living too... The two began dropping F-bombs against each other. Passengers had to figure out how to open the back door and retrieve luggage. As we walked away, our driver shouted: What? No tips! By the way, the driver never gave us a receipt for the cash payment. It seems like this company got rid of its profile full of terrible reviews from before 2016. I know it was full of terrible reviews because a dozen other reviewers and I coordinated to report our terrifying experiences with Supreme Shuttle to the Dulles airport shuttle management office. I am appalled that this company is still in business. My own Supreme Shuttle ride was so horrendous that I filed a police report. Among other problems, the driver: - ran a cyclist off the road - made a left turn and was nearly hit by oncoming traffic - repeatedly drove too fast and had to brake hard to avoid hitting the car ahead - was unable to follow directions provided by his GPS - was unable to follow directions provided by passengers read more

I was booked by an airlines because my flight was cancelled at Ronald Reagan so I needed to get to Dulles- a promised 35 minute drive took 2 hours because they left 30min later and didn't tell me they were dropping others off on the way. Not great service at all. And when I asked the driver to please go directly to the airport he didn't reply- just statue face-nothing. I said sir can you please tell me where you're going? Waited 45 to get pickup from the airport and 40 minutes to get picked up to go to the airport. Driver was late when he picked me up and had me wait while he was arguing on a personal phone call. No stars is what I want to give them. Save your time literally by going with someone else. read more

I give Supreme two stars for delivering my son to the airport. He was to have been picked up at 7:15am for a 10:30 flight. Unfortunately, his driver took it upon himself to arrive at 6:30am instead and proceeded to badger him to get a move on. He even threatened to leave him if he didn't get in the van early. As a young 18 year old, he felt compelled though I suspect the company would deplore their driver's behavior. read more

The front desk attendee knew neither English nor numbers. The driver took a stack of receipts and entered them into his own GPS (not the company's tablet with optimized route software) one by one, after each drop off. Fate eventually got me home, not an optimized route. And now the driver has my home address. Imagine if that was your 18 year old daughter. I will take an Uber home from Dulles every time from now on and I suggest you do too. read more

The clerk at the counter in Dulles was very polite. She even let me use their outlets to charge my phone... However, after half an hour of waiting and no van, I requested a refund. She made me aware that it would take 3-5 days. On the fifth day, I called the 800 line to inquire about and the woman I spoke with was very rude and kept calling me honey. She couldn't give me a corporate number to retrieve my refund. The only information I was given was that someone would call me back and that she wasn't trying to BS me. Anyway, I googled a couple of different number and found someone that would issue the refund. She made me aware that it would take five days from our conversation because I was supposed to contact her immediately. So, in conclusion, I'll have to wait 10 days for a refund of a trip, I never took read more

The clerks waited 25 minutes so they could cram 8 people into one van bound for D.C. It took me 2.5 hours to get from the airport back home, and that was due more to driver incompetence than to the usual traffic. He didn't know his way around DC at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. I've taken Super Shuttle before with no issue. However, this time my flight landed after midnight and their last pickup is at 10:00 p.m. So, I called Supreme the morning of my flight to make a reservation. The lady on the phone wasn't very polite and informed me I didn't need to make a reservation that I just needed to show up at the counter after my flight and let the agent know where I needed to go. So.... fast forward. I land, head to the Super Shuttle counter and no one is there. I go outside and one of their vans is sitting at curb so I wait for the driver. He shows up and asks me where I'm going. I tell him (Springfield). He says "I dont' feel like going there, get a cab." Completely rude and unprofessional and he had the nastiest attitude. I waited for about three more vans and each one refused stating they weren't going that direction. The agent on the phone should have been clear they pick and choose what fares to take. read more

Unreliable in getting you from the airport to home. Even though you have a specific time for pickup, on both occasions I arrived at the desk at Dulles and the dispatcher started calling people to see if someone could take me home. As if no reservation existed. Very annoying when I scheduled a late arrival pickup 1:00 a.m. Waited 20 minutes and still had to find another way to get home. There pickup from home to the airport was fine--must sign those up in advance. To add to this review, a month later I have not received my refund. After calling three times and being told it was processed, last time i found out "we didn't get it processed yet." Terribly run company. read more

If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I would. The driver sped excessively with no regard to passenger safety. We had a near collision due to his speeding in a high-traffic area. And he proceeded to argue with two passengers on their drop off locations, when he was in the wrong both times. I would not recommend this service. read more

If I could, I would give Supreme Airport Shuttle ZERO stars. I called in advance and arranged pick up at Central Station for a ride to the airport for my mother and me. It was 10 minutes before the shuttle was supposed to pick us up and we hadn't heard anything. I called Supreme Airport to ask if they knew where the driver was, during which, the woman on the line attempted to contact the drive two times (the driver didn't respond) and then she said that I could not cancel. It was then 15 minutes AFTER the driver was supposed to pick us up (we were getting worried because it was after 4=TRAFFIC), so I called again and asked to speak to the manager who pretended that his connection was breaking up while he tried to contact our driver. I waited 5 minutes and realized we would need to catch a taxi if we wanted to be on time to the airport. I then called the office back and asked to speak to the manager who said he would not in fact charge us for the shuttle since our driver did not come and he had not been able to contact the driver. We caught a cab and luckily made it on time. I got my last two credit card bills, expecting to have the Shuttle charge amount refunded, but no such luck! read more
