It was so loud and scary nearby cars were staring. I looked and looked and it wasn't anything obvious. It woke up the kids through all the closed windows and I pulled over. It was nearly 7 pm though and nothing was open. I called Welcome Woods and he said come on by. He could hear me coming! He diagnosed by ear, had the tire off, and everything fixed and put back together by the time we walked down the road and back. And he charged us next to nothing! This company will bleed you for money, particularly for field service. All their time and material…read morecalculations are bent in favour of increasing your bill. Amounts are rounded up because "we can't" round down. They charge for loading their tools and using the phone, not to mention full labour rate for sitting the truck. They even charge for "walking time". They will bill your credit card before allowing you see the invoice, forcing you into a dispute if you want your charges corrected. Get a detailed, I mean detailed, estimate before you hire these people. Better yet, deal with someone else.
