Fast forward to the final walk through & the rehearsal. The venue was so clean & everything was ready for my wedding. Shelley ran through all my vendors I had coming & had their contact info for the big day. I felt like I could let go & things would be handled - and they were. I'm from Las Vegas and we have a lot of wedding venues in Vegas, however, the Villa Siena in Phoenix Arizona was beautiful! The rehearsal was well organized and took less than an hour. The wedding coordinator at Villa Siena walked through the ceremony requirements with the of the required party members such as the bride, groom, bridesmaids etc. Villa Siena is pretty busy. They coordinate 2 weddings a day at their property. The wedding ceremony for our family member was at 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon. The ceremony started outside in a beautiful courtyard. After the ceremony, all of the party members were brought into a cocktail room with standing tables. The wedding coordinator was having some formal pictures taken after the ceremony, so, all of the attendees had a chance to talk prior to the dinner reception. The dinner reception was wonderful. There was a variety of circular table seating and the bride/groom had a sweetheart table. The room was beautiful though. I did think the dance floor was relatively small, even with just 60 attendees at the wedding. You couldn't really move around much with most of the people on the dance floor, however, if you were just hanging out at a table, eating, then the dinner reception was perfect. The music wasn't too loud and you could still hear people sitting next to you. The dinner service was a buffet option, limited to two meats and two sides. I did have a special order catered from the venue, spaghetti and vegetables. I had a great time attending the wedding. It's a wonderful venue.

Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. We ended up loving our coordinator, Katie. She was incredibly sweet, organized, and helpful during the final stages of planning and on the day of the wedding. The only challenge we experienced was that she was our third or fourth coordinator throughout the planning process. The staff changes made it a little difficult to keep track of previous conversations and details, which added some stress along the way. In the end, everything came together beautifully, but the turnover was a bit tough to navigate. The food catered by the venue was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job. Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn't anticipated being extra. Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. Space was ample and we were able to customize the reception area however we needed. My main point of contact for the venue was Maylin, she was very kind and very direct with answers. But eventually put up more chairs and tables for no additional fee. 5. The venue bathrooms, floors, and bar areas were not clean when the event started. 5. After the party she complained about how dirty the place was,when we actually cleaned up more than we should have since we had to pay $100 for cleaning. 6. Both the men's and women's bathroom stalls were breaking. Then, the mens bathroom had rusted screws that broke off at the party. The womens toilet paper holder kept falling off. We had to force the stall door open and closed. There were no paper towels to dry hands, only the air dryer. She kept $100 for clean up and then decided to keep another $100 for the broken rusted door. 7. While I was decorating, she had customers viewing the venue. 8. My cousin had a party earlier in the year and had issues with the men's bathroom. She "swears to God" that it wasn't that way. That should have been a red flag for me. I assumed everything would be good. If you decide to use this place, make sure you document EVERYTHING! She will find a way to get more money from you. Take before and after pictures. Record your conversations because she says something different each time. Don't assume you understand what she is requesting. Be very detailed. I chose this place because it was close to my dad. The party was for him. He is very sick and not able to commute far. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
