I called superstar roofing about getting some repairs done on my roof. The next day Eli the project manager quickly followed up. Came to my home and proceeded to tell me what my options were. We agreed on the work that needed to be done. When they showed up the next day to start . The roof was in worse shape than we initially thought.Eli proceeded to come up with another plan to resolve my problems. He thoroughly explained how the process was going to work. Eli walked me through it, step-by-step of the job by taking pictures and videos. What I also appreciated was , they used the top of line products. The workmanship was top-notch. We are extremely disappointed with the disastrous state SuperStar Roofing left our roof. From early on the project was plagued by delays, missed deadlines, and a crew of only two men showing up inconsistently. The most serious issues only became apparent after the work was declared complete. We saw multiple visible defects, including loose tiles, broken tiles, exposed nails, and sections that were not sealed properly. SuperStar repeatedly said these were merely cosmetic issues. Concerned, we had an independent, licensed roofing professional conduct an inspection. Their findings were alarming, citing systemic installation deficiencies such as unsecured and broken tiles, improper underlayment, old rusted flashings, wood rot, inadequate ventilation, etc. These could lead to water intrusion & damage, mold growth, reduced roof lifespan, voided warranties, structural damage, energy inefficiency and reduced property value. When we brought these concerns to SuperStar, they repeatedly dismissed the issues as "cosmetic" and attempted to downplay the severity of the situation. Rather than taking responsibility, they suggested scheduling a city inspection to determine whether the roof would pass. We provided the city building inspector with the independent roofer's detailed report and photos. The inspector responded, "I am so sorry you are going through this. Your roof would not pass inspection." Despite this, SuperStar has failed to acknowledge the extent of the problem. We are left with a roof that is defective and will require a full redo. We no longer have any trust or confidence in this company. They have been asked to provide a full refund so we may hire a qualified contractor to replace the roof. SuperStar has not responded beyond claims that the issues are merely isolated and cosmetic. Avoid this company that has left us with a costly and stressful ordeal. The lack of accountability and disregard for basic roofing standards is unacceptable. read more

Superstar was prompt and the first company to call back to respond to a request to tarp my roof. Spoke to office mgr Raz who is very professional and arranged for a tarp the same day. I received an invoice and pictures the next day and was able to pay with a credit card. I called superstar Roofing to get a quote for a roof repair because we had been having a nuisance roof leak around our chimney, bar Inspector and Estimator with superstar Roofing sales and roof inspection came out to check our roof and did an outstanding Job! She thoroughly inspected the entire roof, not just the problem area, she took pictures and drone footage to show me what she found. After we agreed to the job, she went back to the roof and put some sheeting over the exposed areas to prevent leaks for upcoming storms that were expected, the next couple of days. I had a positive experience with Superstar Roofing The company representative was good at explaining everything that needed to be done and gave me an estimate that was fair and covered all repairs with leaving very little as unknown ( as opposed to my other estimates that left so much to be decided after the project started that the price difference between their estimate and final job could be as high as 50% of the quoted price!!!!). Changing a roof is tricky business. Not very many people have to arrange for this service more than once in their life. Most of us don't know much about it, details are up on the roof and invisible to us. The company has to be good at their job, professional and meticulous. My roof was done in a timely manner, the fascia and woodwork was done professionally, touch ups at the end of the project were discussed, pointed out and easily fixed without any hassle.
