We went with another couple to play an hour of bowling. Waited longer then an hour to just get in. I understand birthday parties take priority but if we just wanted an hour and the lane was open longer then... kinda weird right? Ok so we had some beers. The bar was alright but the snack bar was a wait for no reason. My husband stood in line for about 15 minutes before he could get a soda... mind you he was the only one in line. Then when we finally got our lane it broke down 6 times. We kept going to the front to ask them to fix the lane etc etc but 6 times in an hour? By that time our friends had to go to be back with their kids and we maybe got a solid half hour of bowling. So... don't go to the snack bar Reserve a birthday party lane just to bowl for an hour Their front portion doesn't fix lanes. It would have been decent to give us back some of the money we spent for an hour of bowling but oh well. I just hope they fix things quickly. read more

Overpriced for a cheap bowling experience. The wood looked like they made it themselves, and the pins and bowling balls were hollow! The computers also were extremely poor. Messed up scores and pins kept getting putting down wrong. Also, pins would fall down on their own! Despite this, I still bowled very well. Service, however, was good. read more

This place has so much potential but it is just a mess. I remember the old place and the remodel is definitely an improvement. The arcade games are way overpriced but that's not a huge surprise. I wish places like this would realize that I would probably spend more if the games didn't feel like such a rip off. $1 for 45 seconds of playing is just not fun. However, the main problem I could see when we were there was staffing. On a Monday, during the summer at lunch time every lane was full and everyone was ordering food. There were literally two guys and one cook running the whole thing. We were there before most and it still took 40 minutes to get our food. When it did arrive there was a hair in one of the sandwiches which my kid then refused to eat. Honestly I felt sorry for the guys because I could see they were trying very hard to balance it all but there was just too much to do for the number of staff on hand. Also the machine to load $ to cards for the arcade was broken and there was never anyone we could ask how to get a card so in the end we just skipped the arcade. read more

I just finished my first visit at Superplay with my family, and I can honestly it was not very pleasant. To begin with, we were immediately somewhat off put by the price of the pizza, but that wasn't that big of a deal. The girl and the food counter was friendly, so that was a plus. After we ordered our pizza and mozzarella sticks, we decided to go to the bowling counter to get a lane. The girl at the bowling counter obviously did not want to be there. She was over the top rude, and was not helpful at all. We got our lane, which was full of people at the time and we had to ask them to move, and move all of their stuff and food as well. The bowling at least was a lot of fun, with good music playing. We bowled a few games, and realized that our pizza was still not there. I went to the food counter again, and waited for several minutes before anybody came to assist me. I could see my pizza sitting in the kitchen, and could also see a handful of staff standing around in the back talking. I was annoyed that it was just getting cold for no reason. When the girl came out, I was told that they were waiting on my mozzarella sticks so that they could bring them out at the same time, and that was why the pizza was sitting there, which makes no sense. The mozzarella sticks were cold anyways and I returned them. Two stars for pretty good pizza, and good bowling. read more

This place was a lot of fun! I took my niece and nephews here on a Tuesday early afternoon. There was not that many people there, but it was still a lot of fun. We played 4 rounds of laser tag. The room was spacious and exciting and the kids had a blast (I was not the great at the game). A shout out to 2 of the employees who really made this trip even more enjoyable- Mike and Cara. Laser tag was very fun but we waited a long time (at the front of the line) while parties with reservations passed us. Don't do laser tag without a reservation. The staff person running laser tag was very short tempered (obviously annoyed by working with kids). It was inappropriate. The women's bathrooms are beautiful. My daughter picked this place as the location for her 14th birthday festivities with friends and I have to say it was the best place to go. It wasn't overly crowded and the entire staff was absolutely wonderful. I, a long with 9 other friends came in to this establishment last night, about 7 or so. It was beyond nuts to say the least. The girl at the front counter, Sheyla, had a bad attitude, it was obvious she didn't want to be working. .Laser tag was very busy, but it was fun being with so many other people. Blew my mind how in to the game kids get in to it. Maybe as young adults (we are all between 24-28) we were just not as good. My friend just about tripped over the kid sitting in a chair by the door watching all of us playing laser tag though, not a smart idea having a chair there. We went down to the bar and there was probably over 100 people in the bar. The girl behind the counter, Alison, (cute braids by the way) was a little overwhelmed but took care of the people at the bar fairly quickly. I ordered a Awesome Sauce. I had never heard of the drink but the way she made it, it was amazing. She never got stressed out and was very helpful. I told her the girl at the front had a bad attitude and it was obvious she didn't want to be at work anymore. She offered us a each 1 free laser tag or bowling card and apologized. She made it right. We will definitely be back, but hopefully Sheyla has a better day next time. I could have put 1 star, but didn't feel that would hae been fair just because one person was rude and nasty, because another one person made our experience better. I hope she enjoyed the $10 fred meyer gift card we gave her for a tip, a long with the cash tip. Absolutely loved this place. My daughter had her 12th birthday party here yesterday and the girls had a wonderful time bowling, playing laser tag and all of their fun and updated arcade games. The pizza was the best i've ever had compared to all of the many other bowling/ family fun centers i've ever been to. They were large and full of delicious cheese and toppings. The staff was outstanding, very accommodating. They even assigned an employee to our party (free of charge) to make sure we constantly had everything we needed food, drinks and even cleaned up for us when it was time for us to go "yes I did leave him a tip, he certainly deserved it". This place is AMAZING. I brought our church youth group here and it was such an amazing time. Team bonding - laughs - victories - and so so much fun. I am so glad to find an affordable place with yummy food for that was well within our church budget where the teenagers and kids can play in a wholesome atmosphere. I also plan on coming back with my husband and our friends for my birthday. A place where any age can play. The arcade has unique games, the bowling is great and my favorite things were the nachos and laser tag!! The lanes were not in sync and the entire hour we were trying to get them to help us. All they did was move us from lane 1 to 2 to 3, then finally to 4. I am reviewing the arcade specifically because that is what I was searching for and that is what this business advertises itself to be. The selection of games is very limited consisting mostly of carnival games of chance that issue redeemable tickets for cheap tawdry prizes. Many of the games are out of order. All the games are miserably overpriced. For example: Candy Crush cost $1.00 and played for less than one minute. To be fair, it is just as overpriced and limited as Sunset Lanes which is nearby. Bottom line is don't bother coming here if you are looking for an arcade and don't expect a good value arcade at a bowling alley. read more

Would never recommend! Our cross country team booked a party there. The team paid for pizzas for the kids. When I tried to order food for myself, they told me no. Our group was big and so we could only put in that pizza order. Even though I can't have pizza. And then they proceeded to take orders from several other adults. Waited for service at the little snack bar to at least get a drink. Waited for 10 minutes for a soda that was $3.50 and no refills. Then my kiddo got ripped off because he tried to his card on a game that he later found out was broken. When he asked why there wasn't an out of order sign on it, he was told they were out of signs. We had the best time for our schools first Mother/Son Event! Around 170 people attended and played laser tag and bowling! The staff was great as they not only managed our large party but several other parties and walk-in clients. They made sure that the event went smoothly and were very attentive. I came here and was expecting more of a gaming place but I was wrong, it was more of a bowling alley than a gaming center. This place is amazing! I wanted to take my hubby bowling for his birthday and we decide to give SuperPlay a try, and I'm so glad we did! The alleys are amazing and state of the art (you can even take a photo of yourself at the lanes to have your photo show up next to your score) and the pricing was really reasonable (shockingly good if you go for one of their specials of the night after 9pm). The two things that really made the day (and made me wish I could give more than 5 stars) were the food and the employees (especially Mike and Robert(?) the chef). That's right, I said the FOOD at the bowling alley was amazing! Who'd have thought. We ordered something expecting the greasy sub-par stuff we were used to getting at our old alley, and were instead shocked by the incredibly tantalizing flavors of the food we received. We ordered the appetizer sampler and every single thing was incredible, the star of the show were the mozzarella sticks which my husband said were the best he'd ever had (and he's had a lot of them!) Everyone was so kind, Mike was so much fun to chat with and made sure all our needs were beyond met (and with a smile!) and Robert was wonderfully nice when he came to check on how we liked our food. All in all, it made for a perfect day (and superb birthday!) and we'll be going back here again and again. (We even tease about stopping by just to eat if we don't feel like bowling!) Oh, and the arcade is really fun too :) We wandered it for a bit and played some games, we were shocked to find so many of them at only $0.25-$0.50 a game, definitely a great place to take the whole family and not worry about breaking the bank :) read more
