Price was cheap for memorial day weekend but I would of rather spent some more money and gotten a better location to spend my night in. Beds were clearly slept in when we first checked into the room. We asked for new sheets and got some sas from what I think was the manager. Floor was nasty and so were the walls and sheets and pillows. The sheets had multiple hairs on them and burn marks on them. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to even feel hygienic being in that room. The AC was barely okay. Bathroom was okay but there was mold on the corners of the bathroom and the shower curtain looked nasty. Would not return to this motel read more

The hotel room served its purpose. The non smoking room did smell like cigarettes but it was fine. The guy at the front desk is probably the most miserable person I've ever encountered. He was rude, obnoxious, and made me not want to come back! read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "ROOM 112" - Upon arrival, 8 people waiting to check in, had to wait 35min. - Due to Covid, sign on door says "No more than 2 people in office at a time", yet front desk guy just kept buzzing people in, up to 5 people were in there at 1 point. [CDC VIOLATION] - When i was next in line, the guy in front of me was checking out & mentioned there was a loud scary domestic fight in the early morning, front desk guy simply replied "sometimes people have too much to drink, next time call the cops." Would of been a courteous thing to at least apologize for the inconvenience.  - 1 man at front desk who was super slow, unwelcoming, unprofessional & rude. I walked up & said "I hava reservation", he replied "ID"... not hi, how r u, sorry for the wait, welcome to Superlodge, etc... - Hotels.com does not reveal a $20 cash deposit is required upon check in. - Front desk guy gave me issue about my service animal, tried to say his identification card was false, then in front of others asked me what service is being provided. The legit ID i provided has been used over 100 times in the last 9yrs while flying, renting cars, crossing international borders, entering medical facilities, etc & never once have i been questioned bout the documentation I've provided from the American Disability Association, nor have i been questioned publicly about my medical illness. [ADA VIOLATION] - Key card did not work, walked back to let front desk guy know, he said to go back try again, tried again & didnt work, walked back again, he sent a nice older gentleman to assist who also couldnt open, older guy went back to have the key card reset, then came back again & it still didnt work, he went back to office again, this 3rd time he said I'll need to wait for front desk guy, after 25min of waiting, problem solved. - Was given a nonsmoking room yet it smelled lika 50yr old ashtray in there so had to wear a mask! - Door didnt have inside lock so had to place chair in front of door in case of intruder. - Door frame was stripped & cracked along the sides and the bottom of door had approx 1" gap. - There was 1 thin window curtain that u could see right thru, thank goodness i had a bedsheet in my car trunk so i was able to hangup, altho the curtain rod was broken & hanging off to the side, & when i stood on chair to hang i got hit in the face with 2 spider webs. - The floor looked like it had never been cleaned, besides the carpet filled with dirt & debris, the floor trim & corners were so filthy, & the same goes for tile flooring which had mold. I wouldnt even allow my service animal to lay on the floor. - Caked on sticky dust on all the lamps, all lamp shades were ripped up & the desk lamp was not plugged because there was no place to plugin. - The furniture was dirty with stained black marks on wood, worn out wood where u could get splinters, & chair fabric was completely stained, sitting on either chair was not even an option. - Walls were dirty, had stained black marks all over & a 2x2 section of the wall had what looked like kids crayons. - I couldnt use the dresser drawers due to dirt & debris in all of them. - The closet was basically a hole in the wall because there was no bar to hang clothes & no shelves. - Despite a banner on toilet saying it was clean, I used toilet paper to wipe toilet seat for inspection & dirt came off, so every time i used toilet, i had to line the seat with toilet paper as if I was using a public restroom. - Wore latex gloves use touch when using light switches on wall & lamps, door knobs & remote control. - The AC unit & bathroom exhaust fan were filled with gunk, lord knows what i was breathing in the whole time. - The blanket under the comforter looked so old & had multiple cigarette burn marks. - Hairdryer & cord was all sticky & pieces of dryer missing, didnt look at all safe to use. - Brown grime/rust & mold outlined the entire bathroom. - 2 bath towels had heavy stains on them. - Microwave had food particles in it. Why did i stay you ask? Because i was avoiding a domestic situation so believe it or not the motel was the lesser of 2 evils. Plus since i booked thru Hotels.com i would not have received a refund. I would of gladly slept in my car if it wasnt 90+ degrees outside with 100% humidity, rain off/on, mosquitoes running rampant, & I had my service dog with me. This experience made an already horrific situation i was in, way worse. I did not sleep that night because i was so uncomfortable laying in that nasty bed & I was also afraid someone was going to break in. As soon as i left, i scheduled an appt to get a Covid test done, it was truly that bad. I filed a complaint with the State & local health department who will be performing an inspection on the property. I also have the County Clerks office investigating permits, licensing, etc. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! read more

Stay away!!! We paid $285/night for this s*@!? hole because of a concert in town. We had a dog and no one else who accepted pets had any availability. The room was disgusting, reeked of cigarette smoke, had blood on the walls, cobwebs on the ceiling. They boast free internet, cable tv, and HBO. The passwords for the internet never worked (despite several calls to the front desk), and we got one channel on the tv....ONE channel. For your own safety, security, and peace of mind, keep driving. read more

Cheap. That's the main (only) reason for staying here. We got a sub $30 price for a room here through Priceline and for the price it was ok. The room is obviously not top shaped at this price point but it was reasonably clean and safe. Our main complain is that it smell cigarette smoke a lot. The room had a small fridge and they provide free wifi. read more

rude workers, loud rooms, dirty and missing lights, phone and bath plug. front desk informed me that i could not park in front of my room because his son is going to park there and loudly fix his car until 1030pm, also reserved room on expedia with the pay at hotel option that has ur card being charged nothing and they charged my card for the room the morning i was supposed to check in hours before i was even allowed to then harassed me because i didnt bring the card that they charged without my permission to the hotel with me. read more

Rude customer service, dilapidated building, dirty rooms, stains, and smells. Usually you get maybe one or two of these at a typical hotel. But you get all of the above at this place. Please spend the extra money and go somewhere else. I wouldn't even let my worst enemy stay here. read more

We stayed her in august for our second trip to ac with the kids. My requirement for hotel rooms are minimal I'm not a diva who complains about the dumbest things. As long as I have a shower and a bed to sleep on I'm good. This place had that and more. I paid 24 dollars a night and had free internet,a clean bed to sleep in and a nice shower. Not to mention that the room was spotless. Housekeeping took out trash out for us when we were not there and replaced towels. I didn't need them to change and make the bed because how many of you change your sheets every day seriously. I think most Ppl go to these hotels and want pampered as if they were paying hundreds or even thousands for the room when in fact they can't even afford that. So if you are like me and would rather have some extra money in you pocket then this place is for you. read more

This place is ripping people off the manager is the nastyiest, rude and unhospitable.Makes customers uncomfortable upon visiting the motel. He was so nasty and he doesn't care about the customers spending there money for the place, the cleaning people do not clean the rooms while your there, don't vaccum or change the sheets after multiple day's,its not right there charging resort fees for unsanitary conditions, the manager didn't want to give toliet paper and the breakfast is a joke, stale sugar and mini muffins, you have to call to get in to get the breakfast he doesn't answer the bell.Laundry don't work. And I was disgusted I couldn't clean my room after being there many days.He gets into arguments with customers instead for quality service to customers. The advertisements on line make it seem wecoming until you come across the unfriendly manager.I contacted the city based on his unpleasant conduct after paying my money. The real landlord is not reachble for all the complaints that are online about this guy.I did meet the housekeeper and she agreed to clean the room after several days, but he on the other hand said this wasn't allowed when I first asked. This place needs a new manager he is making the place look bad and running people away this is not his private home its supposed to be a motel for people to enjoy, relax and feel comfort.Amd most of all welcome. read more

The owner lied to us. We reserved a no smoking room. The room he gave us had a no smoking sign on the door. But it had a very heavy smoke odor. He admitted it smelled. But he claimed he had no orher rooms to give us. He gave a long explanation about why he could not help us. But we saw for ourselves that rooms 202 and 214 were vacant all night and until the next morning. The owner is a liar. read more

This property deserves 0 stars. The front desk guy Ali is super rude... I went there to check in as im checking in he says to me sorry we have a weight limit. So I'm like ok what does that have to do with me. He brushed my question off. Then he asked if we had any pets I said no he asked if we smoke cause hes giving us a smoking room. Were like no its okay we dont smoke..then he goes right back again to my weight. Mind you I'm 190lbs I am fat but I don't need a constant reminder that I'm overweight. So whatever we just got the room walked into a shit show literally. One of the beds was sunk so deep into the middle we went back into the receptionist area and told him that one of the beds were broken. He looked at us straight in the face and said oh that's the one that's softer and the one that's perfect is the firmer one. Then he asked me or did you already go into the bed and broke it. I said we just walked into that room didnt touch anything again hes assuming that because im fat its okay to pick on me. So we went back into the room he provided for us go to use the bathroom because we just came from a 3 hour drive and guess what. Theres some brown shit on the floor and blood with some.kind of tape around the toilet. At that point I was over it. We went back to him and requested another room and he said sorry there's no other rooms available. So I requested a refund and to my surprise he said its nonrefundable I said but I wasn't even here for 5 mins and you gave me a disgusting room with a broken bed and dirty toilet. He then said nothing I can do about it either I take it or leave it but I need to stop bothering him. Im like bother there's no one else here he said nothing so we walked out while I'm leaving he wisphers you fat bitch. I turn around and said what he said I didn't say anything. so we just loaded all our suitcases and called other properties from the parking lot. We ended up booking rooms at holiday inn express which is right next door to this piece of shit hotel. At holiday inn we had such a gentlemen there he helped us gave us a fantastic price last min as im checking in he asked me for my id I go in my bag to look for it and there's no I'd there. I immediately went back over to superlodge and sure enough all had my I'd. He gave me back my credit card but not my I'd. I was like whyd you keep my I'd he never even amswered me. I walked out called my credit card up and told them to block my card approve only for holiday inn then block it !! And they did. Now im keeping tabs on my credit scores and account so that im aware of he opened accounts with my identity. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to no one but truckers and people looking to hook up with hookers. read more

We booked our stay via hotels.com and just needed somewhere nearby AC for 2-3 nights last minute. Superlodge was one of two that had a king bed available. The rate was $18/night then the hotel taxes on top putting it at $35/night. With that said, we already expected it to be below our expectations but damnn. So let's start with checking in - the guy who I assume to be the owner was definitely creepy. As he checked me in, I waited patiently, And was fixing my hair and he made a comment "don't fix your hair." It threw me off and rubbed me the wrong way because I didn't understand why he was concerned what I was doing anyway. Just check me in please. So he made some comment about how guys like to see girls fixing their hair... not sure if that was a normal comment for him to make or if it was borderline harassment.... so I was definitely creeped out and couldn't wait to get the keys in my hand. And as if that wasn't weird he said to me "you'll be in 101, right next door; so if you scream I'll be able to run right next door!" And laughed. Who the hell says something like that to a customer?! No professionalism whatsoever. Finally getting into our room which was a king bed suite with a jacuzzi, it didn't look or seem terrible - keep in mind we were paying $18 base rate. The furniture was obviously outdated. The bed comforter had some holes here and there (definitely skeptical of the sheets but they looked okay). The lamps had to be plugged in which I assume is done in order for them to save $ on electric when rooms aren't in use. The carpet could definitely be changed out. The towels were the worstttttt quality ever. On the plus side, the tv was fine and had an infinity box so finding a movie wasn't a problem; and it had a tall mini fridge and microwave. Oh but the ice machine was broken. Housekeeping was just one lady who was as accommodating as she could be; however I did ask for extra towels one day only to find out she couldn't provide me with extras because her last two had to be saved for her last room to clean. Their soap and shampoo are really poor quality so save yourself the trouble and bring your own. So we managed to hold up fine until our last day. It was 11AM check out time and I had already had housekeeping knock on the door and I had told her we were getting out things together. Around this time I realize I had also received a call/voicemail that we needed to be out. By 1120, the owner knocked on our door a telling us we're 20 minutes late from checking out and that 12PM they charge $11 for late check out. We told him we would be out. No lie, by 1135AM he came back knocking on our door again rushing us to get out. By no means was there any degree of understanding in his tone. He was basically kicking us out and couldn't care less. For sure the first and last time we ever book there. The low rates don't make up for the poor quality the room (you get what you pay for) and definitely doesn't make up for the rudeness of the owner specifically. So if you choose to book here, keep it short and just know you're in for a hell of a stay. PS it doesn't deserve 1 star but Yelp requires at least one star to port your review read more

This place is terrible. Some of our lights are broken. Pieces of the popcorn ceiling are falling off. The desk guy will not provide any luxuries, like an extra pillow. The TV has white static and barely works. But for 29 bucks, it still gets 2 stars. read more

I had stayed for one night, expecting nothing but a place to stay for my vacation. After I had left and went home they had charged me a sums of nearly $50.00 for "stolen" towels. They had accused i of an unlawful act that I hadn't even committed, they must be in dire need of income because they robbed $50 of my credit account. They are committed essentially a case of fraud and theft to innocent customers. I will never in the right mind come back, I hope you've been warned of this potential scam they've stirred up. Don't come here, plus mildew and mold cover the premise, be very aware of the allergens lurking in this damned thieving place. before you leave make sure they check the room to make sure nothing's missing when you leave, once you leave they can say whatever they want in order to make a quick buck off of you, in my case they had said the housekeeper told them there weren't any towels when we left and there were none left in the room. They falsely accused us, in a desperate attempt to make money they'll do anything. So make sure before you leave tell them to check in with the housekeeper so they don't make up some bull lie about things being stolen off their premises. The hell with them. Don't come here it is absolutely embarrassing and terrible. I hope they read this... read more

Worst experience ever! I last for 7 nights and never had good service at all. Room service went every 2 days but only changed toilets and picked up the garbage in the baskets. Despite I asked for a change of room because mine was just in front of the stairs, it never was changed (after the first 2 days the hotel was almost empty!). The day for the checkout, I received a phone call 20 minutes before 11:00 a.m. but nobody talk; few minutes later, leaving the key in the front desk was a so bizarre, fast and cold situation. There was feces on my sheets..bloodstains on the pillow cases and cigarette burns all over the blankets...the light did not work! The carpet was disgusting! My niece had blood stains on her pillows! The manager is horrible! He did not want to give me a refund or even change my room! I left and booked a room in the red roof inn...where by the way is a 10000 better than this rat motel. P.S. I will be making a huge complaint on the manager not only was he rude he was also very disrespectful. Hope this review helps anyone who even thinks of staying in this place! Check in process was easy and simple. couldn't argue with the price. when we got into the room the key card didn't work. had to use it several times before the door would open. the room was a non smoking room but It had a smell to it. we all were so tired of traveling 8 plus hours to get there all we wanted to do was take a shower. when going into the bathroom I saw there were only 3 small towels 2 of which had hair on them. I sent my husband down to ask for new towels and the front desk guy said I have to wait till the cleaning people came in the morning. it was 10 pm. the next morning I saw the cleaning guy and asked for new towels and he said I wasn't on the list to receive them. I explained that they were dirty and I needed a extra towel because there were 2 adults and 2 teenage children in the room and 3 towels were not enough. he said all rooms get 3 towels. I said well I need another. he was very rude but did end up giving me the 4th towel. the garbage by the steps had a terrible smell made me wanna vomit due to the maggots that were in there. I could go on and on but I will never stay there again. read more
