Lies, lies, lies. Don't believe the pictures on Expedia and Hotels.com. Because of their no cancellation and return policy, they keep your money and A COPY OF YOUR CREXIT CARD (potential fraud alert), whether you stay or not. A total scam. Not worth your money. Go elsewhere. A slum bug infested motel. Old outdated TV from the 90's that was 9 inches thick (no flat screens). Cracked paint, dirty shower grout, dirty walls, floors, and comforters with patches of soot. Non existent closet. Broken features were dangling on one screw. Multiple holes in walls which were stuffed with toilet tissue. Broken smelly fridge. You can tell the property owner is cheap and did nothing to it for years except repainted the exterior of the hotel to attract unknowing and unsuspecting customers. It shouldn't be called a Superlodge but a Super Sh***y Lodge. Very poorly maintained-if maintained at all. The continental breakfast like the hotel is a scam. They only provide coffee and tiny muffin. Rude front desk clerk.

This place doesn't even deserve a single star. Dirty floors,Cigarettes burns in non smoking room, microwave broken and smoking, no Wi-Fi, no ice in machines, no snack in machines, rude front desk clerk, most outlets in room don't work, air conditioner has mold and dirt. clerk makes you go to an atm to give $20 cash deposit so they don't have to pay credit card fees. This place is joke. And this place has roaches!!

I've definitely had better than this. I got a free night from Cesar's so I decided to come one day earlier so I wouldn't have to drive in the morning to AC. This was the last room available, and for $12. I said hey why not. It's bad but for the price I paid what was I expecting? I read bad reviews on google about the man at the check in counter... But I honestly didn't have a bad experience. I went in expecting the worst but he was not rude. Everything was good for me. The check in process was SOOO easy. Took 4 minutes... I had booked on Travelocity. Got room 219... 2 queen sized beds... I checked the entire room with my flashlight to make sure there were no bugs. I saw none, though I saw plenty of dust behind the fridge, microwave, on the floor, walls, and a cobweb in the corner of the room. I don't know when was the last time someone cleaned these spots, but it would be nice. Luckily I'm not sneeZing from allergies so that is good enough for me. Just need to sleep here and then go out to boardwalk in a few hours. There are no tissues, and I am definitely not going into the tub or using the towels . I'm strictly here just to stay for the night and then I will be on my merry way. My middle lamp wasn't working ... Maybe it was on purpose so I would miss the grossest thing in the entire room... And possibly my grossest finding in a motel. Not sure if it is shit or blood but looks like it. See pic. On side of my bed. Ew

Sign out front says AAA/ AARP discount, that's a lie! Free continental breakfast, another lie! My tv didn't work!

This place is a dump please don't stay here go somewhere else some times we want to save money and we get what we pay for. I have pictures because when I go in to a room I check for bed bugs and that the place is clean. I found plastic cups that weren't wrapped in plastic and they look like they where rinse and put back for people to reuse. I found dirt in a corner of the room like if the housekeepers sweeps everything to that corner to pick it up and it wasn't very clean. The bed sheets dirty with stains , double pillowcases on the pillows I guess for you can't see the pillows , the curtains one was see true while the other was very dark , the bathroom fan for the exost didn't work , I took one of the towels to dry my self and found two holes on the towel , I found a spider web on a corner of the room , and the last thing I found a wine spill on one of the end tables. I hope I can post my pictures now on here thank you.

I would give a 0 if I could. I called early this afternoon to let them know we'd be arriving late. Right away, the clerk was very rude. He told me that check-in is usually between 3-10. I understand that, and I pre-paid for the room. He informed me that he doesn't get paid to wait for guests. Next was our check-in. I had reserved a room that should have been handicap accessible. I cannot do stairs. He told me that he did not have that on my reservation, and that because everyone else checked in, I had to be on the 2nd floor, no elevator. I was charged a $40 cash deposit, and I was not informed of this on the phone. Plus he took my credit card. There are 2 of us staying here, but he said they will only issue one key. He was VERY rude through the entire process. THEN we got to the room. It's dirty, it's damaged and the toilet does not stop running, but we have no other choice but to stay in this DUMP because the entire area is full. I'm adding photos of the room so I hope people take it seriously.

    The bed cover

This place was the worst of the worst , they have the audacity to charge over $200 for a one night stay. First off the Desk Clerk was very unprofessional and rude . The room was so dirty from the ceilings to the rugs !!! The bed had stains on it and also the walls, the bathtub had cigarette stains ! The floor was so dirty that our feet were so black for walking barefoot it was scary , It was unbelievable!! I can't understand that with a pandemic still occurring that this establishment would be so unsanitary, it's absurd. I do not and will not recommend this place to my worst enemy !!! Do not ever stay here !!!

Disgusting dirty flop house of a motel. I have never stayed it a more disgusting and dirty hotel as this one. As soon as I got home I washed all of my clothes, even the clothes I didn't wear in the hot water because I was afraid of the dirtiness of this room. I can't believe that Hotels.com would have this hotel on their roster. To start off I can't quite Describe the smell. It was a general dirty thick kind of moldy smell. If I didn't arrive late at night I would have left and went and looked for another place to stay. Half of the lights in the room had burnt out bulbs and it took me a half hour to hook up the television. The view from my room was a highly littered yard filled with trash and debris. No smoke alarm, just uncapped wires handing from a stained ceiling where a smoke alarm used to be. In the morning when I went to take a shower I was overwhelmed by the mold around the top of the shower and the floor of the shower. This bathroom has deafly never seen bleach or cleaner in its entire lifetime. Above the door or loose wires hanging down where I think the smoke alarms are used to be visually it was frightening and safety wise highly questionable. There is obviously no maid service in this hotel as when I came back to my room nothing was me they were still wet towels hanging from the shower bar, any trash in the trashcan that was there from the previous guest. When I called the front desk there was simply no answer. I would avoid this hotel, and I'm using the word hotel very loosely, at all cost. There are several nice hotels in ab seeking New Jersey right outside of Atlantic City that I've had excellent experiences in, This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my entire life. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance is shameful. Be safe, stay away from this gross dirty unmaintained hotel.

We had a wedding to go to in Atlantic City and decided to turn it into a nice long weekend but…read moredidn't want to be in AC. I stay at Wyndham properties a good amount so was drawn in by the charming exterior and typical peaceful surroundings that golf courses usually provide. Overall the hotel was quiet and cozy but you can tell the building has a lot of age to it inside even after the renovation a few years ago.--especially around the trim in the room and the public spaces. The caulking in the bathroom was gross and you could tell the bathroom renovation job was not holding up the best. The bed and linens were clean and comfy but the chair and couch has definitely seen better days. Light grey fabric really showed the dark stains. The A/C worked great, the Wi-Fi (while unsecured) was solid, and I appreciated that the TV had casting capability. Amenities like the fitness center, indoor pool, and the game room with 2 pool tables, poker table, and table tennis were fun activities on site. The outdoor pool was still closed for the season, but that's understandable. We also got 2 bottles of water each day. That said, a few things didn't quite hit the mark--especially for the price point. The self-parking setup is awful. While it is free it is set off from the building and walking to it involves crossing the active golf cart path. And let's just say... some people should not be driving golf carts. It's pretty clear the layout strongly encourages valet use. I feel snobby for status dropping but I need to mention that I have Wyndham Diamond and this is the first time I felt brand loyalty seemed pointless. I understand upgrades and perks that are advertised with status are based on property availability but I basically got nothing. This was the first time I couldn't even get the free late checkout 12PM check out (11AM standard) on a Monday but I could pay ~$50 for it. Didn't even get a welcome gift thats usually a small snack or something which is an appreciated small perk after traveling. All in all, the property and exterior of the hotel is well maintained and charming, and the amenities, while nothing spectacular, were nice parts of the stay. For how much it costs to stay here (Wyndham status or not) it was incredibly underwhelming, oddly inflexible.

The hotel is nice. The staff is very nice. And the foods pretty darn good. Honestly, the only issue…read moreI had was with the golf course. Now the golf course itself has a great layout, pretty forgiving fairways but what they don't tell you about are the deer flies and there are tons of them especially when you get back by the more swampy areas and they bite. it just feels like a mosquito bite and the good news is you don't have the itchy bump like a mosquito but they are annoying as hell and there is no warning about them. They don't tell you about it either when you show up so you can't prepare for it but. The only other negative is it rained, and the rain knocked out the television signal. *****THIS IS A LONG READ*****…read more This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I must say, my check-in experience was horrible! This is my birthday weekend, so I came alone for a little R&R and self-care. I did not expect to be treated as horribly as I was! I arrived about 3:30 and went to the kiosk for express check-in, only to realize I had left my wallet in my car. I went over to the bell hop desk, where I was nicely greeted by Mario, to ask if I could leave my belongings there while I went to retrieve my wallet. Mario explained to me that he could hold my things, but had to grab a cart for them and give me a ticket as standard protocol. While I waited for him to return, the most RUDE, NASTY, ARROGANT, IMPOLITE, IGNORANT male comes to me yelling, "MA'AM YOU CAN'T LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE!" I told him to calm down and stop talking to me like that! I then tried explaining the situation to him, and what Mario told me, but before I could finish, he cut me off and yells... "Well he's new! That's why he told you to leave your stuff here! I'M THE BELL CAPTAIN! HE SHOULD'VE CAME AND GOT ME! YOU CAN'T JUST LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE, YOU NEED A TICKET!" I asked him why he was yelling! There was no need for that, especially if I'm not speaking to him that way! He replies while flailing his arms around, "OH HERE WE GO! HERRRRRE WE GO!" I tried again to explain that Mario had already told me that, but Mr. "Bell Captain" who I later found out name is Saleem, was so bent on letting me know his position that he couldn't even hear what I was saying. Mario then comes back with the cart, and he proceeds to yell at Mario! "DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN! WHO AM I??? WHO AM I ??" Mario and another Bellman quietly says, "Bell Captain." He then says, "YEAH SO THAT'S WHY Y'ALL CHECK WITH ME FIRST!" I stepped in and told him that if he's a real leader, he doesn't have to blast who he is, (not to mention it was on his name tag) and he should not be embarrassing his employees publicly. He could have talked to him in the back and let him know what he did wrong. I didn't need to see that! I also told him, I'm not sure if he's having a bad day, but there was no reason for him to behave this way! He starts yelling...again...."I'M GREAT! ALL MY BILLS ARE PAID! I GOT MONEY IN THE BANK! I'M GOOD!" I don't understand what that had to do with anything but whatever. He then went back to yelling about him being the Bell Captain and what the protocol was for me leaving my stuff there. CLEARLY he missed that Mario did the right thing from the beginning! Mr. Bell Captain just felt the need to power trip in that moment for whatever reason. I told him he needed to listen and not interrupt when someone is speaking because he would have known that it was handled correctly! He put his hand up and says, I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU!" I looked at Mario, thanked him for helping me and told him he did nothing wrong. This situation made me so angry that I burst into tears! To add insult to injury, after all the drama, I was waiting for over an hour to get my belongings because SOMEONE put the incorrect room number in the system. I found that out because I had to go back down to the lobby to see what was going on with my things. I was late for my dinner reservation, and my night was pretty much ruined. I couldn't fully enjoy my dinner the way I'd hoped to. I actually cried while at the restaurant because I was still so frustrated with how everything had gone. Not only did I come here to rest and relax, I came her to try and release some of my grief from the loss of my Baby Brother. Hopefully my spa experience will be much better. Shout out to "T" whom I believe was the Operations Manager. He helped me calm down and agreed to address Saleem and the issue. However, I wanted this situation to be documented. NOBODY should ever be able to get away with mistreating ANYONE no matter their position. I WILL be pursuing this further until I'm satisfied with the outcome.

We arrived pretty late and the check-in line was long, but it moved quickly so that was a plus. First thing to note: the casino definitely smells like a full-on cigarette campaign, so just be prepared for that. Aside from that, there are tons of options for food, shopping, and of course plenty of ways to gamble. The staff was nice across the board, and the bartenders were especially friendly and made us some great drinks. We stayed one night and the room was huge, easily enough space for four people in a standard room. The bathroom was really nice, and there's a mini fridge in the room which is always convenient. Parking is not complimentary, so keep that in mind. The pool was closed (not sure why), which was a little disappointing. But overall, it's a nice casino, reasonably priced for a quick trip, and I'd definitely visit again. Bonus points for being both dog-friendly and kid-friendly.
