Prior to going to Metal Innovations I had contacted somebody else. That person told me that he gets the parts for the railings at an out of State manufacturer. That person's price was 25% more than Metal Innovations. Metal Innovations prepared a detailed diagram and the finished product looks great. Isaac, the owner of Metal Innovations, is a very sincere and hardworking guy. He is personable and easy to talk to, giving me some terrific insight into the stainless steel railing business. I was happy for Isaac as he had just gotten married to the woman of his dreams and moved her and her two young daughters from Costa Rica to LA. Stainless steel is the way to go if you want a modern house. Metal Innovations offered railing styles with or without glass and I opted for steel only & no glass. My new dark wood floors coupled with the stainless steel balcony looks amazing. Thank you Isaac for an A1, first class job!!! You're the best!!!!

The old man who I gave it to said he could do it and so I left it. When I came to pick it up I trusted that they did all the cuts correctly but when I got home it was clear he didn't understand what to do. He also tried to charge me $60 for a 15 min trim job. I only paid 40 for the original part. So I finally got him down to 40. But when I went back and told him all his cuts were not correct he didn't stand behind his work and wanted to charge me more. We had a heated exchange and I left and will never go back. He also told me they didn't even have a belt sander and I told him then he never should have taken the job. All around bad customer service and poor workmanship.

Kelsey was always quick to respond and attentive to my needs. She handled everything from scheduling the job to providing a clear breakdown of the pricing before any work began. Their prices were more than fair, transparent, and straightforward, which made me feel very comfortable hiring them. Dave came to my home twice. During the first visit, he took the time to understand exactly what I wanted done and explained the process he would use to complete the work. On his second visit, he arrived with his assistant and all the necessary materials to get the job done. The work was originally estimated to take approximately four hours, but Dave completed everything in less than two hours, and the results exceeded my expectations. He did an outstanding job at an excellent price. The work included installing two springs on my pool-area gates, realigning three gates, and repairing and welding a fence panel that had broken away from the main section. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship, the professionalism, the communication, or the price. It's refreshing to find a company that is honest, responsive, efficient, and takes pride in doing quality work.
