He was very personable, was on time and didn't leave me waiting (I made an appt ahead of time) and welcoming. They have a small but comfortable waiting area where you can see your vesicle being worked on. I appreciate that he didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary services like most places have done when I book a routine service. The price he quoted me was a great price. But this is a like mom and pop shop. The community shop. I met with Sean the service took less than an hour. They offer me water or soda which I thought was a nice jester. I said no thanks since I brought my own water and snacks. He check my air pressure and straighten my mirror. That' was for free that is what I am talking about. It's the small gestures that make a place stand out for. Come to find out 2 brothers Sean and Shane. This is my new shop like I said great prices. Close to where I leave if I need anything done on the bike. This is my only spot I am taking my bike. Talk with any one of them they will take care of you and once again they will beat the bigger dealerships prices. It's worth the ride for price. I use to ride to wheels n motion in chatsworth not any more. They earn my business and I be telling all my friends and anyone I meet from now on this is the spot to go to in the valley. I ride a yam tracer 9 GT. It's a small shop but great service and prices my kind of shop. Check them out if in area or just want good prices and service I am telling you this will become your shop. I've had a lot of bad luck as of late with shops that make me feel like I am asking a huge favor of them to repair my bike, rather than a customer. But these two brothers, who seem to work together very efficiently and lovingly, (I dont know that I could work every day with my brothers and not bonk heads) were both ultra communicative, fast and helpful. The only downside is that I'm just learning about them now. This isnt an upstart shop. Its been there for 20 years! Wish I'd known about them sooner, rather than taking my bike to grumpy biker places which made me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking to get my bike serviced, or charging me ridiculous prices to have the bike sit for days/weeks on end. I hope these guys are here for another 20 years, because I'll bring my bike(s) back here every time now!

I love that this place opens on Saturdays, but it's first come first serve only. They do take appointments during the weekdays for bigger fixes on the bike and they are often booked out for a month or more. Labor isn't cheap, and it's comparable to other shops. What you get here is quality and honesty over other places.

After sending him a deposit, he sent me an updated invoice of the amount due after service is completed. Javier was very communicative and made sure to tell us the tires were going to be delayed (shipping courier's fault). We ended up leaving our bike at his shop for the weekend for the work to be completed on a Monday. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't going to be back in the area until after his shop is closed and he graciously waited for us.

Javier offered me water and is very personable. He wiped my bike down multiple times to clean off the oil and brake fluid. He did a final inspection to make sure no residue was left on any surface, rode the bike to test it out, and thanked me for my business. I couldn't replace my own oil on my Rebel 500 because of a damaged oil drain plug. Took the bike to RevXotic Motorsports and met Javier. He showed me the right socket necessary to take the plug off. I didn't know different shaped sockets existed. While changing the oil he adjusted my chain. He verified my concern that motor oil should be changed at least once a year to remove contaminants. He also added that brake fluid should be changed out once a year but did not solicit a brake fluid change/flush. I went ahead and did a brake fluid change and was glad I did because the front brake fluid was hardening. Javier treated me like a friend and my bike was all that mattered in the shop. Thank you Javier for answering my questions and concerns with patience and thoroughness. Although I have little experience visiting bike shops I am convinced my service was reasonable and competitive. I would definitely visit RevXotic for my next service.
