We placed the order and 3 weeks later Chris was installing the shades. After the installation Chris put everything on the Bliss app, he tested all and then gave us the tutorial. Everything worked perfectly. One month later one shade dropped off the app( probably due to a WiFi issue). I texted Chris after hours and he was out the next morning to add this shade. This was a wonderful customer service experience and I would recommend Blooming Blinds to anyone for quality of the product, price of the product and an outstanding customer service experience after the sale.

On top of that I decided our old window treatments weren't quite right for our new gorgeous bathroom so reached out to my trust decorator for recommendations. She said she's had nothing, but great experiences with Gotcha Covered...and looks like (based on the stellar reviews) that many yelpers agree. I called last Monday and found time on a Saturday morning for a sales rep (Jay) to stop by. Saturdays are ideal for my work schedule, although when he stopped by at 10am I had 3 kids I had to kick out of their rooms (especially the teenager) so he walked into a bit of craziness, but didn't seem bothered by it. Within an hour we chose hunter douglas room darkening shades for my kids rooms, as well as a custom made silhouette window shade for our bathroom. My decorator facetimed to help us pick a color and fabric for the window, which ended up being a quick 5 min call. We were able to match all the shades to the existing trim in all the rooms and then Jay was off. Jay promised a quote by Monday, but delivered it Saturday afternoon. While pricey it ended up being much less than I expected (also included a designer referral discount) and I"m really happy with everything we ordered. I did think about shopping around, but decided to just go with Gotcha Covered based on the stellar reviews, great service from Jay and the price seemed fair (even chatgpt agreed :)). They required a 50% deposit to place the order and promised to deliver/install in 4-6 weeks. I'll update my review after installation, but I'm happy so far!

Their in-home visit enabled us to choose materials and colors right in the environment where the blinds would be installed. We choose automated blinds that change position relative to the sunrise and sunset so that we have the perfect combination of light and privacy in our family room with window walls on three sides. She has been so patient throughout the entire process, and her knowledge when it comes to paint colors and wallpaper is off the charts! Sure enough her instincts were spot on every time...I'd bring home what she suggested to see in the room and she was always right! She takes all factors into account, and makes sure that she has a very good grasp on what is going on in a room (furniture, decor, light, adjacent rooms, etc) before suggesting colors. The process of picking out wallpaper proved to be harder than anticipated, as many of my selections were either discontinued or the minimums were way beyond what I needed for bathrooms and a mudroom. Linda always had back-up suggestions for me of similar papers that would work with price points that were always within my budget. She also helped us pick out our window treatments for a few rooms, and once again really knew how to tie it all together. We had Siding and Windows Group come out among a batch of 4 other companies for a roof and siding…read morereplacement after last August's hail damage. Here's how they stood out: They had excellent communication. From Angelo's estimate all the way to passing inspection, they were on top of their game. The estimate had every combination of options listed with exactly what they were going to do and photos of the planned work. We were assigned a field supervisor (Justin, I believe?) who would come out on the same day to inspect any issues we brought up. Our contact with the office via Cindy and Anthony was also superb and always timely. The work was done swiftly and well. The roofers were done before I got back from work. Siding and gutters are more involved, but they did excellent there as well and Roman et al. were excellent to work with, took feedback very well (see communication above), and were very hard and efficient workers. All in all, we were done with our project long before other houses in the same subdivision who had all signed up with doorknocker companies, and they delivered a high level of quality. To be clear, their estimate was slightly higher (my gut says 10% higher, but it's been a while since I reviewed the proposals) than some other offers we received, but for the work that we were doing, level of customization, and communication, we wouldn't make a different choice. I'm usually not one to spend time getting a bunch of quotes and just rely on Yelp reviews to make a purchasing decision, but this was pricey enough purchase that i figured I should do my due diligence.' Siding & Windows Group was one of the 4 companies I had come out for a quote. We ended up with them for a few reasons: - Their quote was competitive - They were able to spray paint the interior trim with our existing paint color - They were able to match the exterior trim as closely as possible to our windows outside - Anthony at Siding & Windows Group was very responsive We placed the order on August 22nd, which is my bday. I can't say new doors was what i wanted for my bday, but i guess this is being a homeowner in your 40s. The new doors weren't installed until November 6th and we just hoped for no big storms and got lucky. Anthony checked in a few times on when they'd be installed and pushed it back a few days due to other projects. The actual installation took about a day, which wasn't too bad. A week later they came to spray paint, which honestly seemed like a much bigger project than installing the doors. That took 2 days and went smoothly, although there was a little confusion about them not knowing what color to paint, etc. It turned out beautifully and while the doors look very similar to our old doors I like the look of these even better. The exterior finish isn't a perfect match, but i think a big part of that is our old paint on our windows as faded. One day we'll touch it all up, but for now we're looking forward to a break in paying for anything for the house. I learned there are a lot of companies in the area for new windows/doors, but we were satisfied with this one and would use them again.
