There is plenty of parking, the staff are attentive when you need them, and it is not a bad gym at all. The machines are hardly ever out of order, they recently added new equipment, and it's not dirty at all compared to other places I have been to. The price is great, their in-store items are reasonably priced, they're open 24 hrs... just great honestly. It is nice to see all ages and athletic levels coming in to workout; it is also a very diverse spot. Yes, it gets busy, but I never had to wait more than 2 min for a machine. Lastly, you can cancel online if needed now... that alone is a great perk nowadays. Overall, I'd give this PF location a 9/10.

The staff was friendly and helpful as a newcomer I didn't know where things were. I would highly recommend checking it out and I will be going the rest of my week I'm here in Lexington and most likely during my future trips.

There is only one section where you can have free space to do ab workouts or stretch. I wish they had more areas like this because it's small and fills quickly. They have different memberships but the most basic one is about $20 a month which isn't bad. Some hidden fees to make yourself aware of though. The advanced membership allows you to bring guests and also offers tanning and hydro massage which is cool. Overall, if you want a small, simple place to get in and workout and get out- Workout Anytime is your place.

ABOUT THE GYM OWNERSHIP AND MEMBERSHIP: This Gym is called Genesis now, but it was previous known as "Esporta" before they were acquired over a year ago. They honored all old memberships before changing their company, which we really appreciated. Their Facebook and website is always updated, and they are always VERY open and clear about how much their monthly fees are, what the rules are for other local locations, and so on. ABOUT THE CAFE: Other than a few vending machines, their previous cafe that WAS here is now CLOSED. I dont know what they plan to do with their little kitchen spot near the front doors, but it seems like they are just keeping the vending machines stocked for now. ABOUT THE POOL: Recently re-done! They completely redid the bottom of the pool, cleaned out the water, and they have a clip board sheet at the front desk about what times what lanes have been claimed. They also offer classes although I am not too plugged in to what kinds of classes they can do. I often see swimming classes in the mornings on the weekends there, however. ABOUT ME: I am going to speak more from the angle of a person who is here in the mornings, lightly works out to maintain fitness and health, and walks and runs the circular track upstairs on the 2nd floor all the time. I have gotten nothing but friendliness and kindness from the entire staff here. I always read the previous negative reviews of a business before I post, and all I can say is that I never ran into a billing issue or anyone who mumbles. They seem to rotate staff a bit frequently, perhaps... but in any event, showing up in the mornings to speak to a manager instead of showing up in the evenings after work, when more helpful people are unfortunately more likely to not be around, has probably been a major bonus for me getting great customer support. THEY HAVE A DAYCARE!!!!! It was closed when we first joined more than a year ago, but thankfully as my toddler began aging into his hyperactive wildness, they opened it back up!!! Finally after "Covid". Heaven, what a blessing!! HERE are the daycare hours: Monday: 8:30am-12pm, 4pm to 8pm Tuesday: 8:30am-12pm, 4pm to 8pm Wednesday: 8:30am-12pm, 4pm to 8pm Thursday: 8:30am-12pm, 4pm to 8pm Friday: 8:30am-12pm ONLY Saturday: 8:30am to 12pm ONLY Sunday: CLOSED So basically, this means that there is a several hour gap of NO daycare employee in the MIDDLE of the day Mondays through Thursdays, and Fridays and Saturdays they are only open in the mornings, but then Sundays they offer no daycare at all. The morning daycare staff IS different than the evening daycare staff, too. And wow, these people are ABSOLUTE SWEETHEARTS to my Autistic Boy . Such amazing energy! My son never wants to leave, and there is NO TIME LIMIT for him being here? The assurance and relaxation I get from their ability to call me or find me if there is an issue makes my workout just that much more peaceful. Overall, give it a try! If you are looking for a place to start off, then definitley go with the month to month or 6 month trial. Billing has always been on time, and again, managers always seem to be there in the mornings in their office when you first walk in, just incase there are any issues.

I really like the indoor pool at the Beaumont Y- there usually is at least one available lane to swim laps in. This Y is definitely family-friendly, and there are a lot of programs for kids offered. As with the other Lexington YMCA branches, the variety of classes offered here is great- and I'm loving the new Y app that makes it easy to check the group exercise schedule for all locations. The downsides are that parking and dealing with Beaumont traffic can be a pain (Harrodsburg Rd during rush hour is a no for me) but the staff here are friendly and helpful!

ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!…read more Life guard said we cant swim and that we needed life jackets in the shallow end!!! Plus we needed a parent touching us at all time. And my legal guardian was in the water with us and the lifeguard had said that she needed to be physically with us even though she was! She then accused us of lying when we said our legal guardian was in the water with us. She had red short hair, a sleeve of tattoos, had colorful crocs, and was wearing a black one piece bathing suit. So if you see her , make sure to report her immediately!!! By the way this happened on a wednesday. Thanks for your time and I do not recommend this place. Spend your money elsewhere and out of more high quality place. Also, before I get off i'd like to say the bathrooms were disgusting and there was mold. There was mold on the walkways in the gym and it smelled like sweat. I also witnessed a young child slip and fall on the wet inside floors. Not a single worker smiled back at us and they were talking crap about my leagal guardian and us. If I can give this place zero stars, I would , but that's not possible so I have to give it one star.
