Well, all my weaknesses were quickly exposed. And Ivy was sure to point this out to me in her 'tough-love' style. The constructive criticism resonated and I decided to make mobility a priority. After 3 years of hot yoga and private sessions with Ivy, I feel the best I have in 20 years. I'm a skier and a golfer - the mobility improvements have made me significantly better at both. And more importantly, I can touch my toes and just move better in daily life. This progress has come with a lot of pain and suffering, but it's been worth it.
