The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. She offered me something to drink as I filled out all the required paperwork, which came in handy because I was parched! From there, she talked through my paperwork with me to get a better feel for what I wanted out of our time together and to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was cozy and calming, and the massage was wonderful! Because of my particular ailment, she put a heat pack on my back to help loosen things up before she worked on that area. I've had lots of massages in the past, but never have I found myself basically nodding off on the table because I was so relaxed! But it happened, and it was amazing! I would absolutely recommend Ali for a massage. Her rates are extremely reasonable, her availability seems flexible, and you can schedule appointments easily online. You won't regret it, I promise!

Brenda has literally helped relieve tension, pain, and overall improved my quality of life. I was sent by the VA and have always chosen to come back. Miss Teresa has been helping me change my body and health for the better!…read moreI have issues with me knees and sometimes with my back. She took the time to gather all the information about what issues I have what goals I have and a routine that works for me. I wanted to get stronger overall and focus on my knee issues. I've had ACL reconstruction on one knee and some kind of issue with the other knee that makes it swell up frequently. Also have arthritis in them knees. Teresa is helping me strengthen my hips and back first then we will focus on more legs strength to alleviate pain and need to where knee braces. We live in different states but I have known Teresa for several years and wanted to worknwith her rather than anyone in person where I live. I've tried complimentary training sessions with 3 different gyms and did not like any of them, I don't feel like they take the time to know me and what I need and the background of the causes of my symptoms. I started with just 30 mins and have now moved up to 45 minute sessions. With Teresa, I bring my tripod, cellphone, and headphones and we do remote sessions at 2 different gyms. Teresa knows the gyms and the equipment they have and is able to tailor a plan for me. If I happen to be having a bad day with a certain area, she will immediate address the issue and accomodate the plan. I highly recommend Miss Teresa and Fresh Focus Wellness, wherever you are and whatever you needs and goals are.

The $30 consultation fee covered a 3-minute conversation asking the same questions I'd filled out answers to on the paperwork which he didn't read. Although I expressed more than once it was my very first time to try acupuncture, he explained almost nothing about what to expect, then after getting the needles placed left me in the room for an hour. Having no idea when he was coming back, I was never able to fully relax as I anticipated his arrival at any minute. And actually at times I'd have an almost unbearable wave of pain that I hoped desperately he would come back to check on me. At the end he tried to sell me a package deal and talked poorly about other providers in town. I found him to be arrogant, condescending, and quite frankly sort of rude. This single visit cost me $190. He said his pricing is what it is, "because I'm awesome and my education was expensive." I'm angry at myself for having spent my hard-earned money on such a bad experience.

It is located near bars & that later somewhat impacted our experience. We had to ring a buzzer & call to get in which was a small inconvenience. Once we took some stairs we entered a very beautiful & eclectic space. Rooms were really nice & couples room was spacious. Tanya and the other massage therapist that performed my husband's massage (I cannot remember her name) were super friendly & down-to-earth. Great personalities & gave us valuable info on what we could expect from our experience. Room was brighter than I'm accustomed to for a massage, but once we had our heated eye covers it was no problem. Heated neck pillows & beds were great touches as well. Tanya was great & used many tools & methods that were new, but very enjoyable. We were super relaxed & could have floated out of there afterwards! Only issue was I could here the bar music over the music they were playing in our room during service. My husband didn't care for their music selection & said it was a little to fast paced for him. I would recommend this location & will come again but will be more strategic with times (way before bar busy hours).
