M-F there are 5 daily classes (5:30a, 8:15a, 9:15a, 5:30p, 6:15p) on S-S there is one class (8:00a) Cost of the classes are dirt cheap! $5 per class, $30 for 2x a week and $60 for unlimited access. Ok now that I got all the preliminaries out the way, lets start the real review... its beast mode for 45 minutes! The trainers are realy great! Demarcus tends to meet you where you are while pushing you just a little further. Its hard work, I won't lie, but it is worth it. I am one of those people who hates (I mean really HATES) to exercise. But the people here are encouraging!!! Not only is there a trainer pushing you, but you are pushing each other!!! Ok so since I have been here, we switch it up a little. We tend to have a couple "stations" going, one of the stations is considered the "timer". (i.e. suicides or the tire flip) We rotate stations. I have been buddied up and I have been by myself... it depends... there is always something new everytime I walk in. I have been for about 6 weeks now, and I am adding a second day... I have seen improvement in my stamina, I am goign to keep pushing myself! I need this! If you actually decide to waste your money here, God forbid you try to cancel your membership as they will put a hold on your account, rather than canceling it, so they can continue to charge you monthly as well as tack on additional "annual" and "equipment" fees. Once you go back for the second time to try to finally cancel your account, they'll hit you with almost $50 worth of "Cancellation" fees, as if they haven't stolen enough of your money already. Plenty of other exceptional gyms to chose from in Richmond that I would recommend to a friend in a heartbeat, unless of course you just need to waste some money.
