Edge is the BEST thing that has happened to me, in my fitness journey. I wasn't a fan of…read moretraditional gyms or really even working out. I was gaining weight, felt crummy, and just generally needed to work on my health. I joined EBBC in February but didn't adjust my diet. I could tell a difference and I was definitely starting to feel better but results weren't coming as quickly as I would've liked. I joined the Summer Shred and I have loved it! The shred has shown me how to eat healthy, without forgoing the things that I love. I'm still able to have all my favorites but I'm more aware of what fuel my body needs. I feel SO much better and I feel so much more informed about what I'm eating. Some things are such simple substitutions and I will never go back to how I was living. I have burned fat, toned muscle, and overall lost inches simply from following simple macros. Jules teaches you all about macros, weight loss, and how important it is to fuel your body with what it needs. She is always there to answer questions, day or night. Having a plan and having people to hold you accountable makes all the difference. I was told results are made in the kitchen and I couldn't agree more! I can tell I'm getting so much stronger in (and out of) the gym - mentally, and physically! The Shred isn't just physical, it is mental just as much. I had to make a choice for myself and Jules shared early on, that time was going to pass no matter how we responded and it made me really consider where I wanted to be 6 weeks from now. I'm so glad I took the plunge and I am so happy not only with my results but to keep working on my goals! EBBC as a whole is great and there's no place I'd rather spend an hour a day. Exercise is hard, "dieting" is hard, but EBBC and the group that comes with it, makes the process so much more enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend - come sweat with me ... it's just your fat crying

In my case it was to provide needed Xrays. The technician was very considerate, clear, and an expert in taking the xrays with minimal discomfort to me given that I was in significant pain. The physcian was most easy to talk to and explained his conclusion and suggestions most clearly. I felt quite confident in him. The visit was managed in a timely manner. Two little families were there when I was and I could hear the children in the other rooms. It was clear that the staff had these children back to see the doctor without delays that add to tears and tantrums with kids. As well, I didn't hear any of the kids cry out when being examined. This is an excellent medical resource in our community.
