Even though I have been going there a year and have never missed an appointment. They were rude and told Me I was rude. Well when I have been coming there a year and you want to charge me $10'for One missed appt it makes me rude. Not to mention roads all over state are hazardous to drive on. I see this as they are ranking in some cash. Makes it very obvious that they are about the money. I hope losing a patient is worth the $10 missed appt fee. The equipment is constantly out of commission and the staff are rarely present. Building is not…read morewell kept and the small equipment takes a half hour to track down. If the staff were half as friendly and competent as the members, I would almost have one thing positive to say about this gym. If you actually decide to waste your money here, God forbid you try to cancel your membership as they will put a hold on your account, rather than canceling it, so they can continue to charge you monthly as well as tack on additional "annual" and "equipment" fees. Once you go back for the second time to try to finally cancel your account, they'll hit you with almost $50 worth of "Cancellation" fees, as if they haven't stolen enough of your money already. Plenty of other exceptional gyms to chose from in Richmond that I would recommend to a friend in a heartbeat, unless of course you just need to waste some money.
