AAA sent a Frank's tow truck (flatbed) to my house (van located in alley behind house) to tow my…read moreimmobile van. The driver was hesitant to try the tow because of the narrow alley. After a couple of talks with his office (encouraging him to try), he hooked up my van with the cable up against the front tire. He pulled down the alley the cable blew out the tire and the driver said that he could not tow the vehicle with a flat. The driver had been pleasant up to this point, but his attitude changed quickly as he didn't want to be responsible. He said that i needed a short tow truck with a dolly. I asked him why he didn't ask his shop to send one from the beginning, and he said they didn't have one. So, instead of telling me that at the beginning, he used poor judgement in trying a bad hookup, resulting in a destroyed tire. Then he tells me that he can't help me, and drives off. To top it off, he tells his shop that he never hooked my vehicle up, the tire was flat at the beginning (he spent about 30-40 minutes at my house), and that I gave him a hard time. I never raised my voice, simply pointed out that he had destroyed my tire, then went back in my house to call AAA to get another tow truck and lodge a complaint. AAA was great; the short tow truck from American Repair and Towing came with the dolly and quickly and efficiently performed the tow. I called Franks and they were abrupt and totally unhelpful. I'm sorry to share such a bad experience, but there it is.

AAA sent a tow truck and I met Chris from Frank's Towing and Transport. He was polite and ask if he could try to change the tire, in five (5) minute he had the tire off and was airing up my spare. He told me of a tire place close and called them for me so I wouldn't have to wait. He also make sure I got to the tire shop safely before he went on his next call. Chris went above and beyond what was expected. Very professional and will use them again. Highly Recommended!!!!

I often cringe whenI have to take my car in for body work as it's usually some greasy guy behind the body shop who can't even look you in the eye as he is smoking his cigarette. BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE AT CROWN! After a dissapointment no-phone call return from Lokey Collision for 2 weeks, I emailed Crown and within 24h I received a phone call from Lynne Dixon to set up my appointment. They have A CAR RENTAL/Enterprise company on site and with one swift phone call, I had an appointment and car rental waiting for me in 2 weeks time. On arrival, they are busy- cars filled the lot. But rightfully so as they did a great job. After a no-hassel rental from the Enterprise company desk right in the Body Shop, which is a delight in it's own way as I appreciate the Professionalism provided in renting with Enterprise, I stepped aside 5 feet and dropped off my car. I met face-to-face with my contact Michelle Trippi, expressed some of my cocerns and questions and overall it felt comforting to leave my car with them. I had to call to get updates but it was informative. They had stated that they did not like to quality of the aftermarket part and had to send it back, which is comforting to me that they informed me of this rather than just accept some cheap part. I picked up my car 2 weeks later and had a visual inspection with Michelle which was nice as well. They expressed that they stand behind their worksmanship and any concerns would be addressed at anytime. It was overall a very seamless and no-stress repair. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a much-loved vehicle and doesn't have time to deal with irresponsible Automotive repair/service representatives and constantly have to worry about "what are they doing to my car" while it is in their hands. For those who own an Infiniti, don't waste your time with Lokey Collision, the manager, Josh D. won't even return your phone message or emails.
