Now it's my turn to pay it forward with this review! 5 Stars and nothing less! My call was answered by a person who cared and not by a dispatch service. They quickly took down the pertinent information as to which service I needed (towing) and gave me a reasonable quote. I did not feel like the person on the other end had any under tone of "take or leave it" attitude as thy provided the cost for service. The conversation was very pleasant and at the end I was given a time frame of a 2 hr window for expected time of arrival. When the 2 hr time frame was approaching they called me to let me know the truck maybe 10 mins later than anticipated. Courteous and professional!! Most companies providing services (towing/roadside assistance) of this nature often make you feel as if you need them more than they need you; however, true as it maybe as often the scenario is a stranded motorist needing a tow, but this company did not make me feel that way. I lost 1/2 a quart in a 5 mile ride. I took it back and they said it was my valve cover gaskets. Even if it was it never leaked that much oil. They wanted to charge me just to check to see. The girl in the off is not (in my opinion) all there something is off! She started to try and videotape and record our conversation so I got my phone and started the same thing and she wouldn't say anything else. I took my truck to a real shop with real mechanics and they replaced my rear main seal now no leaks but my transmission needs rebuilt again!!i Total ripoff !!
