I have had both minor and major work done with these guys and have always had honest assessments, excellent estimates (many times the actuals were actually lower than the estimates), and -- most importantly -- superb mechanical work. These guys are mechanics....not etiquette consultants. They're solid, they're trained, they're conscientious. This is a "no BS" shop and will do what it takes to get your car fixed and fixed right. Yes, I've had a few smudges here and there, but that can be easily cleaned. I'm concerned about the work. What's more important is the state of the shop. Are things in order? Is the shop neat? Are repairs and parts explained? Will they look for ways to save you money? Are there experts on site that are trained and certified? The answer is "yes" to all of these. I have no vested interest in the shop. This is an independent review. I was not asked to submit a review. But, I've been trusting my cars to Dennis and crew for about a dozen years. Please don't be put off by some two sentence, negative review. These guys are epic.
