The repair itself is flawless, panel gaps, paint match, everything lines up like it came off the line that way. On a G-Wagon that's not a given; plenty of shops will happily take a swing at one and hand you back something that's almost right. This isn't that. But the part that really made the difference was the insurance side. Dealing with the at-fault carrier is normally a part-time job you didn't apply for, endless calls, lowball estimates, supplements that go nowhere. Alex handled all of it. He knew exactly what to push back on and how to document it, and I basically just got updates instead of headaches. Zero fighting on my end. He also does diminished value reports, which I didn't even know was a thing I should be asking about. A car like this loses real money on paper just from having an accident on the record, and he walked me through recovering that. If you've been hit and nobody's mentioned diminished value to you, ask him about it. Bonus: the man knows the local food scene better than most people who write about it for a living. Ask him where to eat while you're waiting, I got better recommendations there than from any app. Highly recommend. Ask for Alex.

As someone who…read moredoesn't know much about cars, I was really nervous when I needed a repair because I'm used to being highballed on pricing and services. Alex was amazing and explained what needed to be done, at a super reasonable price compared to other shops nearby. They fixed my cracked grill and bumper no problem within a day of drop off, which amazed me because as a Mini owner i'm always used to being without my car for a week since they always have to order the parts. I will be coming here for literally everything in the future as long as they can make it happen!

What made them great is the overall experience -- from the initial visit before I dropped off my car, to the actual car intake on the day I brough it in, the coordination with the rental car company, the timely work, and a very professional and organized front office, every step was executed well. They are Nissan certified, which was important to me. They made sure that the car had proper scan and calibration of the affected sensors. Everything was handled through insurance, and went smoothly.

I ordered a used replacement from eBay and after it arrived I looked for a body shop that could install it. After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

His price was competitive with other quotes that I got, but his reviews on Yelp were what made him stand out. One of those other companies I got an estimate from told me there was no chance a mobile repair would be able to fix the dent because Teslas are difficult he said. That guy tried referring me to a body shop and said the entire rear bumper would need to be replaced. Preposterous! It was a small ding! Looks good as new after Sal was done with it. I would definitely recommend using Sal for any kind of mobile repair. All I had to do was send him a picture of the damage and he was able to assess via text message and provide a price. Highly recommend him.

As anyone who has damaged a car they care about can understand, I felt terrible about it for several days. Driving without a side mirror was also surprisingly uncomfortable and made me feel unsafe. Over the weekend, I searched Yelp for several body shops and decided to visit a few of them on Monday. The first shop I went to gave me an estimate that honestly shocked me. Then I decided to drive a little farther and try GAD. I noticed that GAD had an almost unbelievable 5.0-star rating, and now I completely understand why. Arthur, the owner, personally came out to speak with me. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, straightforward, and genuinely honest. It has been a long time since I have met a business owner who made such a sincere impression on me. He checked the parts and pricing on his computer right in front of me and gave me an estimate that was far more reasonable than I expected. Even better, the car was repaired perfectly in just one day. But what impressed me most was what happened beyond the repair itself. Arthur and his team didn't simply fix the damaged mirror. Without my even asking, they checked other small details around the car, cleaned everything beautifully, and returned my Mercedes looking almost like a new car again. That kind of care and pride in one's work is very rare these days. Going to GAD turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. I went there looking for someone to repair my car, but I honestly feel as though I also made a good friend. Some people may look at a perfect 5.0 rating and wonder if it can really be true. After my experience, I can say that GAD has earned it. If you ever have a problem with your car, I strongly recommend visiting GAD before making a decision anywhere else. Fair pricing, excellent workmanship, outstanding service, honesty, and genuine respect for customers -- this is what a great body shop should be. Arthur, thank you again for taking such good care of both my car and me. I truly appreciate it.

He knew Corvettes, was easy to talk to, and even though they weren't the cheapest, I felt good about giving them the job. There were a few issues with the first round of work, but Gary handled it the right way. He met with me and his painter, went over all the areas I had concerns about, and made sure everything got corrected without charging me anything extra. To be fair, the carbon fiber parts I brought in were in pretty rough shape to begin with, so it wasn't exactly an easy job. The final result came out really good, especially the color match. My Corvette is yellow, which can be tough to match, and honestly I don't think I've had another shop get the yellow this close before. I was really impressed with how it turned out. Things didn't go perfectly the first time, but Gary stood behind the work and made sure I was happy in the end. That says a lot to me.
